Ive been told by the people that work at Delaware Park that they havent decided which way to go. They might decide to do both. They said they need to decide a.s.a.p. so hopefully they can start taking wagers by the time the season starts.

The only reason I want legal betting in Delaware is to have an out if I want to get down more action. Just bet small amounts & make sure when you collect that its under $10,000, they cant take taxes out if your collecting under 10k. I also know a horse trainer in Delware & talked to him this past week & he says that once they finalize everything, big shots from Las Vegas are coming in & taking over the betting parlor. They made some kind of agreement & as far as getting straight bets vs the spread, it looks like 99.9% thats its gonna happen.

Yes, they are allowing straigh wagering on single games, they are also allowing parlays. The are also considering allowing betting on college sports (to be determined). But as of today, they say they will be ready by Sept 10th for betting on all pro sports. Now the NFL is squirming & want to stall the opening day. These bastards never give up, they are on the losing end of this one!
