Please forgive me for playing an unmotivated Dolphins team at home last weekend with 0 motivation. They had clearly blown away any goals they had for themselves. Maybe this will help cure the pain I inflicted........
How quickly I'm able to forget pounding the Cards at home vs. Atlanta last week. We are moving more chips in this week on the:
Carolina Panthers -10
The high spread has many short term memory Joe The Plummers all over this seemingly sexy Cards team.BIRDS DON'T FLY EAST IN THE WINTER!
Wait till they see a steady dose of the Memphis Murderer (Williams) and the Dominant Duck (J. Stewart). If that isn't enough Steve Smith will be breaking it off on one of the most putrid away pass defenses (ZONA) we've seen in some time. Toss in the fact that Boldin is probably not playing and we have a POUND play. Done and done.. Lock the door and throw away the keyyyyyyyy

Miami had plenty of motivation. And it showed in their D. They played great. But 4 Int's and a Fmb are hard to come back from. Bal's Offense did nothing in that game. I'm really like Tenn right now to cover a tiny 3pts

Not sure if you guys have noticed, but outside beating Denver who was in the middle of their monster implosion, the Panthers havent manhandled ANYONE in SEVEN games.
Carolina gave up 22 points to Detroit, 45 to Atlanta, 31 to Green Bay, 23 to Atlanta, 34 to the Giants and 31 to New Orleans.
How exactly are the Panthers going to destroy the Cards with their monster defensive slide in 6 of 7 games down the stretch? They were a FG away from playing a road game last weekend, I seriously dont see how you think they will destroy a great offensive team like the Cards have.
I think the over is gold here..and 10 points is a bit much for how bad their defense has played lately.

No Disrespect Wall Street but look at Arizona's defense, particularly against playoff teams this year and on the road, particularly the East Coast.
There was a five game stretch where aside from a break against the worthless Rams Arizona gave up 37 to NY, 48 to Philly, 35 to Tarvaris Jackson, and 47 to NE. It could be argued that the Minny and NE games didnt matter because they had already clinched but it is glaring nontheless.
I don't think anybody is calling the Carolina D the 2000 Ravens but they are giving up less than two TD's per game at home this year. Granted, some weak opponents in there.
My personal reason is this game is a classic example of a fight between a drunk frat boy and a bouncer. Zona has proven it does not stand up well against Physical teams, particularly away from home. I think they are going to be physically punished in this game.

Wallstreet is spot on.If you want to make money on this game stress free,go over on the points.Even if Carolina are 16 up deep in the last quarter, you will still be sweating on Warner not connecting with a bomb to Fitzgerald ,which can happen at anytime in the game of course. All the more probable when game is over and Carolina defence thinking of Conference final!
Those numbers are very relevant,Carolina's D are giving up points,so cheer on the explosive Offenses, sit back and make money on the points, enjoying a stress free 4th Quarter!

It seems that we may have a stalemate here. The Panthers can't create seperation and the Cardinals can't keep it close. I'm siding with the home team to break their "keeping it close" trend.......Cardinals are Jekyl & Hyde... Bottom line is they aren't the same team on the road ... and furthermore not an NFL team when on the road on the EAST coast...

Cards should of won the first game in Carolina. If my memory serves me correctly, the Cards turned the ball over twice in the fourth quarter to basically give the game away. Carolina was playing terrible at the time however. Ten points is a lot to give a team that can score. In addition, anyone that liked the Dolphins against the Ravens last week I'm suspicious of. No way Pennington was going to float the ball around with the Ravens defense on the field. It had nothing to do with the Dolphins being unmotivated. You didn't even come up with a legitimate excuse for your poor pick that lost. That game was a joke.

Like zona and over. 20pts and I cant lose both. seems to good to be true. Think zona held carolina to 60 yards rushing or some shit first time so I dont know where you get lock the door and throw away the key. Peppers worries me but love this bet. gl

Wasn't every one and their mother on Carolina when they played the first time? And the line was a ripe trap at four or five?
If you are the type to believe in a little conspiracy then you should factor this is in.
The close game might give AZ a little confidence and that is about it.
Also, disregard the whole West Coast going East thing, please. That is an important stat, but that is because the players have to get up at like six or seven A.M. West Coast time when in is a One o'clock game. This game is set for 8:15 PM Eastern Time.
Incidentally I am on both Carolina and Pitt this weekend.
