Today Is Sunday, And This Is My Game Of The Year!!!

For what it's worth...I'm probably not the best guy to tail so take into consideration that nobody should EVER tail blindly. Do your own research and if you still like it, than take the play. So...Anyway, on to today.

 

You know what? I don't know who the quarterback for the Bucs is going to be today. No idea. But reguardless of who it is, the Chargers are going to be haulted on defense. This is a must win for the Bucs after losing their last 2 games. I can really see Garcia playing this one as they only need 1 win to get into the playoffs. The Bucs are 6-0 at home this season and 4-2 ATS at home losing by a total of 1 point in both the 2 losses against the spread depending on the line you have recieved. On top of the Bucs defense, who is allowing only 12.7 ppg at home this season, the Chargers are making that dreaded trip to the east coast, albeit coming from Kansas City where they just, and I mean JUST slipped out of there with a win. And they are only 3-7 ATS in their last 10 games(1-4 on the road in that span with the only win coming in that controversial game at Pitt). The Chargers have also lost their last 5 games on the east coast for those of you who look back to last season(0-3 this season...Buffalo, Miami, Pitt). Tampa is 3rd agains the pass but are really bad against the run which may be a concern. Plain and Simple...the Bucs are great at home, the Chargers have nothing to play for and won't do much against the Bucs defense, who by the way plays much better defense against the run at home averaging 45.8 less yards than their average at home. This play is a lock. Weather you like the word or not, 1 word typed in a forum won't change the outcome of a game and some people need to start realizing that.

That is what makes them scary, imo. Although I agree with the pick, for that much of a risk, why didn't you buy the hook, like J_U said? That Tampa offense is a field goal kicking team.

wallstreetcappers I don't see this being a 1-3 point game. If they don't cover they will probably lose this game imo. And if they do, thats a lot more out of my pocket.

 

Kev Interesting...but on the other hand, I'd probably be more nervous if they weren't playing for anything. They can't handle playing good teams, especially on the road, and they wouldn't be able to deal with the pressure. As soon as Merriman was out for the season, their season was down the drain. Back 2 Back road games and they won't contend. I mean hell...4 of their 6 wins came agains the Raiders and Chiefs and they beat the Chiefs by a total of 2 points. Seriously? The Bucs are relieved to be coming home and I see them putting on an All-Star performance. But thanks for the heads up anyway.

Taking this too, agree with you. Im getting the hook though, Bucs love to win by FG's. Especially if they have a diff QB for any reason but I love the Bucs in this spot. You and everyone on the Bucs should win walking away in this one..
