I agree. an open mind is a good thing. Denver is a whole diffstory. How in the hell do you let Oakland steam roll you at home?
They have a poor defense that is why. Brett may carve them up in this spot. Weather? Non factor. Brett has playedin cold snowy spots many of times.
Denver has ZERO rushing game too.
I said last week. I will never back Denver again this year.
Oakland was the icing on the cake for me.
I think the over is the play here.
Bol with your play though.
As a lifelong Broncos fan, I can tell you that last weeks loss to the Broncos was totally expected..In fact, I liked the Raiders to upset them and bought at +298.
Reason is simple. This Broncos team is a Jeckyl/Hyde squad who win when they should lose, and lose when they should win. With two dominating performances over the Browns and Falcons on the road, it was easy to see the letdown situation coming. As I've mentioned as well, Shanahan(a little softer, a little older) is not as die-hard about destroying his former team as he was in the past.
So here we go into this game...not a Broncos players has to be feeling good about getting totally dominated by the Raiders and you should see the same effort they came out with vs the Falcons. We may actually see a pass rush and some attempts at forcing Favre to throw early where we all know he is prone to mistakes. I don't like the Broncos run D at ALL...so if Thomas Jones is called 30 times combined with the speed of Leon Washington, I see this wearing out the Broncos and setting them up for a crap 2nd half...but if they try to hang this on Favre to win, they will play into the Broncos as opposed to going through them. As for the Broncos offense, expect to have a pass happy Cutler showcase his magic with an excellent set of WR's and Tony Sheffler who when healthy is one of the most dynamic threats at TE up the middle.
Now add on situational reason #3 which is mentioned above and that's that the JETS have just finished coming off some impressive road wins including knocking the Titans off their undefeated perch...great let-down spot here emotionally for the players, ESPECIALLY having seen the score in the Oakland game.
Like the Broncos here in three ways:
BRONCOS +9
BRONCOS TT O 20
BRONCOS ML +280
None of this for big cash like you heavy shooters out there. None of these plays is for more than 1 unit which is $100.
There are no certainties in the NFL of course, so everyone take this for what it is which is nothing more than an opinion.

Nasty weather, cold rain, not a pass-happy situation.......that said, I agree with the situation, Jets coming off 2 big road wins, coming back home against a team they should manhandle.....think Ill roll the dice with Den, or no play GL

You made some great points and I have to agree with the let down and the broncos MANIC ways.
While im not a broncos fan ,i have always like them. Cutler is a fine qb,I do like the KID.
I just can not back a team that has a rather weak defense. Yes they are getting 9 points or so. So maybe they get the cover or like you said win straight up.
I have been smoked too many times with Denver this year.
Bol--------------------- with your plays. Nice write up as well!
