I'm nto sure if this has been stated but I want to put it out there in case you haven't.  I was listening to the local sports radio station and they had a journalist on talking about the recent Vick news.

This journalist said that a different journalist had gone after the courts under the freedom of information act and got a lot of info about Vick's dog fighting days.  Apparently Michael Vick & his croonies would steal other people's pets on a regular basis and then throw them to the pit bulls for the pit bulls to attack & mutilate.

That's worse than pit bulls fighting.

If Michael Vick ever returns in ANY capacity for ANY NFL team, I vow to make sure that NFL team NEVER gets a penny of my money ever again.

Had to laugh when I heard he couldn't even train dogs to fight well.
Turns out some of these that were turned over became therapy dogs.
Good for them .

Las Vegas Dog Killers won the Vick lottery. It's official, he will be their new starting QB. . .

If this is true then i would have to agree with you.

What he did was way wrong ..  Maybe we should high jack him and have him thrown into a pool of sharks. Same thing.

I do believe in 2nd chances but I think you (NFL) need to draw the line somewhere. If someone has a drug problem I am all for getting him help. But what Vick did (and I think we've only heard half of it) was inexcuseable. What's next, is the NFL going to let someone come back after murdering his family. Its quite idiotic. This is a league for athletes who appreciate the gift they have and that doesnt mean you have to be perfect just a good citizen in society.

Vick blew a $130 million dollar contract because of his stupidity and that of his boyz.. couple that with jail and the NFL ban , and now his bankruptcy issues ..

He's fucked .. let him be ...

Vick is a total push over and lets his gangster buddies do whatever they want. he cant say no to them. he was not the mastermind behind the whole thing. that house is in the middle of nowhere and no one would have ever found out if the house didnt belong to Michael Vick.

OK, so lets bring it closer to home.  How about if it was one your dogs, or your family's dog when growing up. I'm not saying to ban him from the NFL, but I'a'm saying he hasn't done enough time or had enough therapy to realize what he actually had done is reprehensible.  He will just be another NFL guy who thinks and knows he above the law.  Wouldn't you say and do anything to get out of jail>??...He would, and will, but no one gets served here. Not him, not us, and least of all not you who just wants a quarterback to bet on cause hes super talented.

yea, he is definitely paying for his crime, more than most i think - that should keep the people who are so passionate about the complete destruction of this guy happy, but it doesn't. i really think people want to see him lynched or the modern day equivalent, whatever that may be.

why don't we hear about more crackdowns on this despicable, awful, brutal, as bad as the holocaust, crime? I never hear about it...
People who are so enraged by his acts, I'm sure are supporting this cause, donating time and money to it, and could catch me up on the progress the nation is having on this...

umm, he's in a pretty nasty jail, I believe, lost 130 million, is public enemy #1, and is now in severe debt - i think he has a firm grasp on the fact that he fucked up and he's fucked...

He doesnt seem like the smartest guy in the whole world...The whole "Gansta" lifestyle is what got him in trouble. That lifestyle, to me is despicable, and a blight on the American society as a whole...Black or White... I would like anyone to point out a positive attribute it brings to the table... With that said, I actually think he has learned his lesson, and deserves a 2nd chance. If he associates with the type of crowd that got him in this mess, something else will happen and he will probably go back to jail. But he does deserve a chance to prove himself to society and the NFL again.
