koaj. .. if you look at these teams stats they are pretty much identical on both sides of the ball, i dont think there will be any defense in this one..

badlands...its an amazing day when i would take wisenhunt and warner over phillips and romo in their present forms

dallas is the 3rd best team in their division and everyone thinks that should be top or 2 at worst. philly is only behind them b/c of westbrook's health.

the giants would kill them...there is no team in the league who is even close to them right now outside of tennessee. but the giants have eli and plax while the titans have kerry collins and justin gage. same defense, same rb depth, same coaching, same special teams

  i misunderstood you, i thought you meant dallas would cruise, i agree with you on dallas , zona  i m surprised the total only opened at 48.5, they made the bengals look like the knew how to play offense last week.

sorry....i meant to say that the line was a joke and should be zona -2 or 3 instead of 8 points the other way

dallas looks uncoached if thats possible in week 5

Dallas will not lose this football game, they may win at the end and not cover, but they won't lose.  It is only a matter of time before Dallas explodes.

The Cards play very well at home, I know the public is going to pound Dallas.

byw, San Diego in a triple revenge spot, at home, coming off an embarrassing loss to Miami. Somebody may get killed on NE. I wonder if the Chargers remember the last time the Pats came to San Diego and knocked off the 14-2 Chargers in the playoffs and then celebrated at midfield.

i like it, dont love it...they will need to respect orton this week (laughable) but given time and 8 in the box like Det did, orton will tear you up

are the bears someone we need to consider an elite team? elite meaning laying chalk successfully and often on the road in this league

Bears all day.  They are leading the division for the first time in a long while.  GB and Minny will both win next week, so they need to win this one to keep up the momentum.  Easy win against Detroit followed by a very winnable game coming up = huge motivation.

plus you know the Bears are gonna be talkin shit like they want to "welcome matt ryan rookie to the nfl, etc"   


Bears are like the Skins.....if they can only get their QB to play good.....their team will be great.


ATL live and die by the run, and they will get stuffed.

with the giants thrashing of seattle (which wasnt a surprise) fresh on everyones mind , i think seattle takes  care of green bay rather easily at home this week...

I used to have that same philosophy about Duke basketball. I thought they always jacked up the line cause everybody loves Duke. But freaking Duke always covered. Ticked me off.

like the hawks a bunch. im not sold on GB and i think seattle can win one at home

chucky - my theory may be wrong, ill never know but its just a belief

yankees, red sox, cubs, duke hoops, ND football, USC, cowboys, lakers...public teams will always have more money on them. may as well make them pay up

What?

Very winnable games usually = low motivation. The Falcons are 3-2 but are the Bears really going to take them seriously? Especially when they might get caught peeking ahead to a home divisional game next week against the same Minnesota team that swept them 2-0 last season.

Leaning to the Cards to cover vs Dallas, but will probably lay off that game

Agree wholeheartedly about the Chargers thrashing the Pats.    I'd be surprised if they don't win by at least 2 TD's
