Many thanks for your patience. Today all
Users whose Avatars adhered to the Covers Guideline have had their
Avatar switched back on. If you are still not seeing your Avatar please
press F5.
If you are still not seeing your Avatar it is due to
the fact that it violated our forum guidelines. Please review our
manifesto http://www.covers.com/postingforum/forum_manifesto.aspx
On
Thursday morning Users will once again have to ability to add/change
their Avatar. Each Avatar goes through an Approval Process. All new
Avatars will be reviewed. If you violate the guidelines then your Avatar
will be removed.
**Update**
Any users who violate guidelines will see a blank RED Ghost avatar. Users who have their avatars removed a total of 3 times will be banned from the forums.

If you will notice the above "complaint" was entered Wednesday night before the "process" was available. Always thought you were a reasonable guy. What's with the 'tude?

It's all covers.com display avatars?
I uploaded my new avatar a few hours ago, used IE, Chrome, and Firefox, erased my computer history, and still nothing, CT.
Also, do we get a message that says our avatar was rejected, if it violates the rules?
We have NO idea, if our avatar doesn't meet the rules, or if it's the same damn problem of avatars not uploading/working all over again?

#13 Posted: 11/15/2012 8:09:01 PM Guys some avatars have been approved and some have not. Some of the avatars that have meant to be approved are still not showing for some reason but IT are looking into that.
If you can still not see your avatar after pressing Ctrl + F5 then yours was either offensive or one of the non offensive ones that IT are looking into.
If you have requested a new one, then it might not have been approved or declined yet, remember how many people around here are requesting avatars right now. Those whose requests were declined will be notified by email!

My pic didn’t contain sexual content, violent content, nudity, or pornographic material? I have a medical card to medicate from my government, so what’s the deal?
