Ads on the side with music

Question

I&#x27;m on covers a lot throughout the day at work.  Nothing worse than trying to be discreet about a gambling addiction only to have music blasting on every page.  The type of work I do involves the speakers to be on and having to quickly mute it every 5 seconds gets old.  Anyway to fix this?

Fish,  The visual picture of someone at work getting blown up by obnoxious Covers&#x27; pop-up volume gave me a very deep belly laugh. Although I understand it wasn&#x27;t humorous in the moment.  I wonder how much money is paid per ad clicked?  Covers-team?  Throw us a bone.

I just got the Fiesta ad pop-up.  That shit&#x27;s ridiculous.  But Fish.....don&#x27;t even try and tell me you ain&#x27;t playin&#x27; no online RPG&#x27;s.

ESPN.com does the say thing thats why i can&#x27;t stand to go to their site.&#xD;&#xA;The reason i clicked on Covers Help was i thought other people here or sick of these ads as well. I was correct for the ones speaking out about it, surely theres more that has not said anything yet.&#xD;&#xA;Hope this is Beta testing instead of a regular thing moving forward.

I know cmon covers.......... you guys are really dropping the ball on this one.Please take the sound ads away.

You had one ad about a year ago with sound and after a bunch of complaints, you guys took it down.

Now you have all kinds of sound and music ads.

I dont browse covers.com at work, but i am on it at the house all the time and i listen to music while im browsing, this shit is insanely loud and annoying.

PLEASE JUST TAKE THE SOUND ADS DOWN, you can have any movie or blinking ads, as they are no problem.

These ads with sound are making my covers experience definatly subpar.

I agree, this is really annoying.  It&#x27;s one thing to have ads or animated ones, but the music is just over the top.  Please mute them all by default.  If somebody wants to hear their crap, they will turn it on themselves.  Holdem00 is right, they were here a year ago then people got really pissed.  Now they&#x27;re back with music

Try downloading Safari or Google Chrome. Whenever i use Safari browser, music doesn&#x27;t comeout.  I had same thread title and other poster mentioned Google Chrome is fine as well.

If any one is using Internet Explorer these days. Punch Yourself in the face as hard as you can. When you come to download Google Chrome or Mozilla and Thank yourself later.

We&#x27;ll still gamble and visit the site with or without music.  Don&#x27;t worry. They should make it louder though.  That way I won&#x27;t miss anything when I get up to go to the bathroom.
