- Many people who just post bullshit  's and 
- If you are on a hot streak the whole Main Forum loves you...you can do no wrong in their minds...you are GOD to them
- People get fake calls from "their people" ...If you truly believe Covers members get calls from Vegas experts then you are out of ur fuckin minds
- The classy people here get over shadowed by the fool
- Mods are buddy-buddy with some people...and others get boxed for 3 years w/o possibility of parole for sneezing too loud
- People threaten to leave Covers for ever, then, when no one gives a garbage and they come to realize they arent important here as they though they come back
- People try and fit in waaaayyyyyy to much
- Many SAF's
- Maybe...and i mean MAYBE 1 person on this site actually gambles for a living...and it's not Zack
-Some people will get offended by this list
-Some will think of some pretty good jokes
-Some will try to hard to make a joke b/c everyone is watching...then fail b/c they just arent very funny
-Some people will say...if you dont like it here why are you here?
b/c there are some good cappers here and sometimes some funny garbage can be found in the box.
- I would NEVER create an alias if i got banned....there's no reason to
- I dont give a darn if you like the list or not

#7 Posted: 4/29/2008 12:08:21 AM I don't know about 1 person making a living off of handicapping. I think there are a few more, but less than a dozen. I know that I am able to pay my car payment and drinking money while I'm in school. Betting around $50 bucks a play, I average about $300 a week. It is enough to support myself while in school, but far from making a living. |

DAD did it right..keeps the hope up but doesnt stoop to crying, bashing and creating futile aliases out of anger.
Covers has plenty of flaws, but it is the BEST site on the web for sports information and exchange without a doubt.
Oh and it isnt some POS html based interface with logged in usernames listed on the bottom.

That site sucks and based on sheer numbers you get some of the bad with the good, no way to avoid it.
One little note, plenty of good people are here, plenty of INFLATED egos and bashers are also there. I think there is a misnomer that many of those guys who left were that great in the first place..not true at all.
I am not going to get into it..maybe another night.
My interface comment is correct, tell those guys to get some sponsors to pay and invest in an interface created in this decade. It isnt that expensive.

If you want verbose, long winded write ups and pats on the back, yeah Covers might not be the best at that.
Unfortunately with the numbers of members here it will never be a quaint, insider group site ever again.
Ive seen MANY boards online over the years and none compare, so imperfect or not, Covers is the standard to which all sites compare.

most of the guys over there are no better then most of the posters here. The only difference is they think they know everything. The majority of them have let their ego get in the way, in particualr the original clowns. Those guys are no better or worse then the cappers here, they just think they are. They think over there is what happens when you "graduate" from here. Delusional dickheads.
