#453 Posted: 11/4/2010 2:10:47 PM Don't know why it does that to the top line. Oh well, 4 big matches tonight. I decided to attack the big line (1.1-1) instead of starting on a new one.
Never mind the risk amount above as I'm using some free money from a new account and that's how they allocate it. The win amounts do match the labby line amounts. Still finishing up October home stands so you have to check that worksheet as well.

#455 Posted: 11/4/2010 2:15:01 PM Last season when the road team became the favorite mid-series it was not played. This year I'm playing them ML. the record is 1-1 so far.

Thanks man. Yes. This season I'm playing the road team ML if the next team is favored after a game 1 RPL loss. 1-1 so far for these situations.
Last season I skipped these games and if it was the last game in the series it was also a no-play and the chase was counted as a loss.

#459 Posted: 11/5/2010 12:20:13 PM Just checked the score from the LA game last night. Sweet! I Love 1 puck home wins! Makes swallowing the Col loss a little easier.

#460 Posted: 11/5/2010 12:52:59 PM Let's wrap this Dallas series up because they are heading to Colorado next. NJ sucks and there is only one number left on line 1.0-7 so small play.

#463 Posted: 11/9/2010 1:46:55 PM I went through the data since season start and it looks like the record is 68-2 with 4 series pending. Unit size =10 and based on what my labby lines show the system is at +92 units
I messed up and used wrong amounts with my personal money management system so I am not up that much.
But based on how I've been tracking the system and managing the labby it seems to be correct. I will review it again but if my initial calculations are correct I am pleasantly surprised with the results and the labby management.

#465 Posted: 11/9/2010 6:06:46 PM Dallas loses game A, skip game B tonight against LA Kings(RPI #2 team) - then at the Ducks now becomes game B. Correct?

#469 Posted: 11/10/2010 10:44:18 AM 6 seconds left and Was gets a goal, WTF!!!! That has been the only hockey game where I followed the score throughout the night this season and I will never do it again.

#471 Posted: 11/11/2010 3:43:00 PM Big night tonight followed by only one play tomorrow. This system has taken on a capping aspect as far as moving money around on the labby lines based on the matchups and the size of the numbers in the line. I don't want to be capping but I believe its necessary when playing such high juice action with the labby.

#473 Posted: 11/17/2010 1:19:32 PM Smitler, thanks again for keeping the spreadsheet up to date. Use it every day. Great work!
Tonight San Jose at Colorado, you've switched up to Colorado HPL even tho the play should be RPL... what's the thinking on that instead of no play, since the away team is favored? |

#474 Posted: 11/17/2010 2:11:38 PM Its RML. I changed it. I was way off on units. I don't think this system has even profited yet.

#475 Posted: 11/18/2010 3:34:34 AM hm. I'm profitable but my situation is different:1) I"m running my lab lines more conservatively... they're longer and I recover my losses more slowly by spreading losses along the line to keep bet size down in high juice situations.
2) I started playing new series as they came around after 11/1. So I missed the Buf home loss and the Dal road loss but did suffer the LA road loss.
3) I've missed making about a dozen wagers because life happens. I haven't looked at how that changed my results.
4) I'm playing 1 line per system, and every game on any given day within the system gets the same wager amount. This eliminates the need to cap to figure out which team gets which line.
5) I play another system which has been a little wonky this season up until this week. Same thing happened last year. Seems like it takes the NHL a month to get into a rhythm. We'll see.
Good luck, hope you stick with it. |
