So I'm a bookie on the side.  Most of all my friends including myself have gambled since college.  Three of us decided we aren't going to lose anymore money to "the man" so we decided to open our own website (it's handled in Costa Rica).   The website handles every single sport and handles all the lines and accounts.  All we have to do is to collect and payout.  We have about 40 customers through contacts that we already had.......my question is how does one get new customers?  If you gamble with a local how did you get in touch with him?   Obviously, I can't advertise and pass out business cards or hang flyer in bars because of cops

Network dude.  How does anybody do anything???  Everything revolves around networking..

How did you select the website service and what kind of fee do they charge to you for the web service ??

put some scouts to work at local bars etc.they find guys they know and you give them a bonus play etc for each new customer.
