It took a while longer than I thought it should and when I got it I was disappointed. I only wore it once or twice and went back to my old hat. Donated the new hat to Goodwill. Good luck.

I don't understand why people are complaining. I know quite a few people who respond to the email within a day or two and the prize comes within a few weeks.

I had my prize money (2000.00) in my PayPal account Tuesday, Dec. 13. Covers is AWESOME!!!!!!!!! Do you guys really care about a hat?

I've had 9+ in a row twice (but never reached 13). Both times, Covers.com sent an email re: prize distribution. Each time, their email wound up filtered to my junk email/spam folder. The first time, I didn't realize that it was there until long after the confirmation window had passed. Fortunately after the second 9+ streak, I checked the junk email folder and saw the Covers.com's email there and was able to reply as required. I received a hat within a month.
