#2 Posted: 3/10/2009 9:36:43 AM tuppy-after they raised it to 25 now nobodys going to win it anyway so I say go for the monthly. your top score will stand longer than our country's economy if BHO keeps spending our grandchildrens" money.

#3 Posted: 3/20/2009 11:36:03 AM Wow, so it is 25 in a row now.
Is the prize presently set to award 100,000 to that lucky person or has it been set to 10,000 because we already have a winner this year? |

#7 Posted: 3/23/2009 3:20:24 AM Im just curious that when you get to 16 or 20 or somehow 24. Do any of you guys make a little wager opposite of what you pick next? that way you can still come out ahead just incase you dont get your next pick right.

#12 Posted: 3/28/2009 3:37:27 PM Somebody will get 25 in a row...they just have too. If you've never played this game before it just seems so easy...(I KNOW IT'S NOT). I've gotten up to four a few times and then I start getting nervous...I need to be more selective and also realize I DON"T HAVE TO MAKE A PICK EVERDAY. The next time I get up to four I will submit once every two or three days. |

#13 Posted: 4/11/2009 5:40:41 AM your odds will be the same every two or three days.. unless you want to be very selective about your picks, but I think you will notice the percentage won't change much |

#14 Posted: 4/11/2009 10:08:35 AM Corporal is right. They never put easy pks. All of the pks are either less than 6 pts or -150. Like my 9 gmer went down with the Lakers last night. They should have beaten the damn Blazers just to prove as pt! Can't get past nine gms and that hat! |

#15 Posted: 4/11/2009 5:54:59 PM That is not true about the picks....sometimes you will get games with higher point spreads |

#16 Posted: 4/12/2009 2:20:31 AM I wasn't talking about point spreads necessarily, just saying with gambling, even if you wait you never know, so might as well just go with your best pick of the day. |

If you are going for the big money; don't get paranoid about taking a day or two off if you're just not 'feelin' it' that day.
BTW: Congats on your original win.

#22 Posted: 4/16/2009 1:49:29 AM I think it just depends on how you start out the month. I've never gotten higher than 6 in row. When I've gotten a few in a row I've tended to "over think" things if that makes sense. I think the worse the thing to do is to read what everyone else is saying about a game you might like, it seems to "F*#%" with your mind. Researching stats and trends has helped, so has taking a few days off away from it (you have 7 days to make your next pick) Good luck.
