Nobody will come close to winning $100,000 if they also try to win the monthly contest.....so what would you do?

tuppy-after they raised it to 25 now nobodys going to win it anyway so I say go for the monthly. your top score will stand longer than our country's economy if BHO keeps spending our grandchildrens" money.

Wow, so it is 25 in a row now.

Is the prize presently set to award 100,000 to that lucky person or has it been set to 10,000 because we already have a winner this year?

Im just curious that when you get to 16 or 20 or somehow 24.  Do any of you guys make a little wager opposite of what you pick next?  that way you can still come out ahead just incase you dont get your next pick right.

Somebody will get 25 in a row...they just have too.  If you've never played this game before it just seems so easy...(I KNOW IT'S NOT).  I've gotten up to four a few times and then I start getting nervous...I need to be more selective and also realize I DON"T HAVE TO MAKE A PICK EVERDAY.  The next time I get up to four I will submit once every two or three days.

your odds will be the same every two or three days.. unless you want to be very selective about your picks, but I think you will notice the percentage won't change much

Corporal is right.  They never put easy pks. All of the pks are either less than 6 pts or -150.  Like my 9 gmer went down with the Lakers last night.  They should have beaten the damn Blazers just to prove as pt! Can't get past nine gms and that hat!

That is not true about the picks....sometimes you will get games with higher point spreads

I wasn't talking about point spreads necessarily, just saying with gambling, even if you wait you never know, so might as well just go with your best pick of the day.

I believe you're correct, Tuppy.  Guys gotta decide on one or the other.

If you are going for the big money; don't get paranoid about taking a day or two off if you're just not 'feelin' it' that day.

BTW: Congats on your original win.

Hey tuppy, just curious, do you remember about how many days or months it took you to get to 21?

I think it just depends on how you start out the month.  I've never gotten higher than 6 in row.  When I've gotten a few in a row I've tended to "over think" things if that makes sense.  I think the worse the thing to do is to read what everyone else is saying about a game you might like, it seems to "F*#%" with your mind.  Researching stats and trends has helped, so has taking a few days off away from it (you have 7 days to make your next pick)  Good luck.
