#1 Posted: 11/7/2008 5:24:14 AM First of all, I wanted to say hi to everyone. I never knew a site like this existed with handicapping contests. i am very excited. No more keeping spreadsheets!
Wanted to know if the best strategy for survivor is to pick your best pick each day, or wait until only very strong plays maybe days later? |

#5 Posted: 11/8/2008 2:08:07 AM as some people have discovered knowing the rules is important....my 2 cents* somedays there are picks you like...when that is not the case .do not pick just for the sake of picking |

#17 Posted: 11/19/2008 1:20:52 AM labelle, you they don't offer first or second half lines in this contest.
Here's a big secret: The caps lock key is located above your left shift key and should never be in the on position.

#20 Posted: 11/19/2008 12:22:06 PM I try to pick every day until I get to 5 or 6 in a row and then get more selective each correct one after that. That being said my all time record is 720-719 with 20 something pushes....my best streak has been 10....fun contest but not easy for sure and remember in some sports..aka baseball, you will NOT have every game to choose from. |

#23 Posted: 11/20/2008 3:40:06 PM Hockey lines will not post unless the game is -150 or less. Same with baseball.
Interesting to see how espn's contest lets you pick more than one game a day, doesn't have the "pick at least once every 7 days" rule, but also has a limited number of games to choose from. They've got a guy at 23 wins.
