Underdog Money Lines Week 4 (9/20-9/22)

Those that did not make or have not yet made the short list.

Tulsa +2200 Nice win against the Cougars.  Got a little revenge.  Unlikely to score 55 points this week.
Syracuse +7500 Unlikely to refrain from making asses of themselves this week.
Duke +425 Two in a row?  Not likely.  Possible, but not likely.
Buffalo +155 I actually prefer the Baylor side here even though I haven't taken action on that thought yet.
Akron +155 Lean to the favorite, which is always a highly dangerous proposition in this conference.  I am most likely better off just passing.
Army +4000 Maybe if they were allowed to use tanks.
MiamiOH +420 Lame duck coach on his way out.  Hoepp is rolling in his grave seeing what has become of the program.  Already bought a CU spread ticket.
Ball State +1800 They have absolutely got to be kicking themselves for letting that first one get away.  They are literally  one punt return from being undefeated.  Might still go bowling, but 3-0 would sure be a lot better from where they sit now than 2-1.
Air Force +310 Speaking of 3-0, I have no  idea how they have done it, but they keep on doing it.  Give em credit.
Mississippi +1640 UF is for real.  Tebow is for real.  Urban is for real.
NW +1800 Still too early for such talk, but that very well may have been their bowl game slipping away with that inexplicable loss to the Blue Devils.
Arizona +750 I know Cal has a huge game up next on the road at Oregon, but I'm seriously considering laying the points based on revenge alone.  This one could get ugly.  UA is 0-2 against D1A competition.
Temple +1500 There will be opportunities to play Temple this year in conference, but I don't think this is one for a variety of reasons, mostly the bye and the revenge factor which is unusual for a foe of the Owls to have.
Maryland +135 I had this line at 6 so I would have expected much more out of the corresponding ML and really would need at least 2:1 here.
Marshall +1800 Morris' passing and offensive comprehension are bad enough to gag a maggot, and if you consider making this a play, your nuts are big enough to gag person.
NMSU +750 Yeah Auburn is pretty bad but...
Ohio +160 Wyoming ticket locked and loaded.
Rice +7500 Terrible football team.
Washington State +2200 Not for me.  They should have killed Idaho, but kept stepping on their own dicks.
South Carolina +670 I can't see any game where I would want to fade the Tigers.  Maybe the Bama game, we'll see.
Minnesota +550 I am restraining myself from talking at great length about this team, but I'm not in the mood to do a rant/dissertation.
Stanford +620 I wouldn't want to have to play defense against the Ducks.  Dixon's new decision making has been decisive and fast.  No turnovers yet this season for him.  This group is really a sight to behold especially when Stewart and Johnson are working it inside and out, it really opens things for the receivers to go to work.
FIU +2000 There is no number at which I would consider playing the Golden Panthers.
Ark State +700 Glad I laid off this team last week as I thought it was strange for a Sun Belt team to be favored in a non-conference spot.  I would have gotten my ass handed to me.  This week however, they will playing somebody who can fight back a little bit.

Alright, tell me who I over-looked, omitted, shorted-changed or anything else.

And just for the record: this was way more ridiculous than even the Oklahoma/Oregon stuff.

Those refs straight up robbed Temple of a win. I was sick watching that replay. Felt horrible for those kids from Temple to get robbed of what would have been a pretty nice win for their program.

Comments on your list:
* I understand not wanting to fade Auburn SU, but from a value perspective, this line is off and thus the corresponding ML is/will be off. Same applies to NMSU. How AU can lay 3 scores to a team who has an offense is beyond my comprehension, but a SU win is unlikely. Value is there, but I suppose a loser is a loser.

* UNC STRUGGLED against UVA's defense. While I think a spread play could be warranted due to the Bull's offensive inefficiencies, I can't see their offense doing much in the way of putting up the requisite 20 or so to have a chance to win SU.

* Really like the looks of UW, Iowa, CSU, UNLV, & UConn. All of those seem to just fit the mold.

GAM, our starting running back and work horse, Fenroy, had an ankle injury toward the end of the game and had to be helped off the field, and will most likely miss the game against Troy. Our QB, Desomeaux, took alot of hits during the McNeese game, but no serious injuries; maybe just some bruises and sores. Who is Lancaster?

McNeese game plan was easy, stack the box to stop the run. They did just that, and when it was 3rd and long, we had to throw and that didn't turn out to well.

This week we play Troy, and have an opportunity to play spoiler, but I honestly cannot see us even staying close with them. The only real home advantage we have is....the food. Yes, the food. We have some of the most tasteful and spicy-ass food in the land. If half their team cannot withstand our food, maybe, just maybe we can stay within the number.

 

Lancaster is the last name of the ULM QB (Kinsmon Lancaster), and he doesn't throw it any better than Desormeaux.

Thanks Warblade. I do get ULL & ULM mixed up from time to time...you know, because I am stupid. Nonetheless, neither Lancaster nor Dexmoreaux can throw the ball for shit so that is no big deal. The RB situation is troubling though.

Our backup QB just quit the team Monday. They said it was personal reason, but many are speculating that he was pissed off that the coach didn't put him in after our starting QB threw 4 interceptions.

Our backup RB, Deon Wallace, is a little speedster, but lacks vision when running, so they say.

Also, our head coach got ran into during the game, like Joe Pa of Penn St last year.
