called the racing commision in florida they will be  investigating , ive seen thousands of photos in my years , this one wasnt close , was the judge drunk or are my eyes playing tricks on me as someone who does bet this track , i like to see things on the up and up

the fix is in rich the 3 won easily that judge was either in the bag or in the pocket of the bookies

OK, I looked at the photo.   The 7 dog definitely won that race.
 
The reason it's hard to tell is because the 7 dogs right front leg and foot is making it hard to see where the 3 dogs muzzle is.   It's happening on both the front and back of the 3 dogs muzzle.
 
The black from the 7 dogs leg is blending in with the black from the 3 dogs muzzle under his chin and neck.   
 
Follow the line of the 3 dogs neck all the way up to his head from his chest and you will see what I'm talking about.   
 
The 7 dogs foot is actually showing up right in the very front of the 3 dogs muzzle.

Thats the 7`s paw. He is the winner.
Wish I could find a few I used to have. One from the mud, the horse is on his belly and all four spread out. Looked like he was sliding for home. No Idea if they DQ him.
My two favorites both happened at the Fair Circuit in Stockton years ago.
Now this was like 20 years ago but on the last race it was pretty clear who won. I was standing on the fence right at the line. No doubt it was a 3 4 8 finish. It was not even close (using 3 4 8 cause don`t remember the #s) but a long long photo and finally the announcer said the camera was broke. They put up the reverse order. I am not shitting a riot broke out. There was beer bottles flying just total Kaos.
My other favorite was I had a nice 10-1 shot coming down the stretch. They were neck and neck, head and head and right at the line my horse got pissed and locked his teeth into the other horses neck. They showed the photo and I almost died laughing.
He was locked in and they kept running for about another 30 yards like that.
One more cause I have many, Golden Gate Fields. Guy goes to the window, reaches in and grabs all the tellars cash. Runs about fifty feet before every cop (and they always have undercover) surround this guy. He panics and throws the money in the air. Cops beat the shit out of him. I pick up a twenty and just hold it like I`m cool. Big cop and I mean big standing right behind me. Trust me I was the closest to get any cash. Those were the days people had respect for the law.

no agenda , other than i like to see things done right , as someone who has owned and trained greyhounds , from the farm to the track , watching thousands of races , looking at hundereds of photos , they blew this one and its that simple , can we please forget about  the 7 dogs legs ,the 3 dog won the race

 

 what needs to be addressed is the photo equipment at this track , it must be either updated or fixed and thats that , no agenda from me , nor do i think the judge had one here , he just made a mistake , from a photo that was very challeging to say the least ,

when i see a photo finish photo like this , why is it so unclear ? this shouldnt happen , it was a clear sunny day , i didnt have money on this race , but for the integrity of the sport , and for maybe future wagers ,that i might have ,, thats why i brought attention to this  ,
 
 hopefully i didnt waste my time , the reason i keep with the updates , some people where interested in the outcome , there is nothing else to add to this , the gentleman that sent me the photos , never did coment on them , so i guess thats the end of the story

Sorry but I don't agree with you.    I'm almost positive the 7 dog won the race.      And I'm not saying he won it with his right leg.   He won it with his muzzle.
 
The right leg of the 7 dog and the shadow of his right leg are making it hard to see the definition of the 3 dogs muzzle.    And you're thinking that part of the 7 dogs foot is the muzzle on the 3 dog.   
 
 
There is much more space between the muzzle of the 3 dog and the finish line than there is on the 7 dog.

It also looks like the 3 dogs muzzle is riding up farther on the face of the 3 dog.    The back of it is almost hitting the 3 dogs eyeballs.    Which somewhat makes sense because the 3 dogs back and neck is arched back.    He's not fully extended like the 7 dog is.    That backward motion greyhounds make with their head when they are running I believe pushes the muzzle a little further up on the face.   The muzzle is put on with a little slack.   It's not tighted up right against the nose.    
 
 
Anyway very little doubt in my mind that the 7 dog won.   Palm Beach got it right.
 
Sorry MysticRich but you are wrong.         And I have also watched thousands of dog races.

I'm sure the muzzle isn't hitting the 3's eyeballs but it's up farther on his face.    Just want to clarify that statement before he rips me apart for that.
 
They wouldn't put a muzzle on a dog that reaches his eyeballs.
