Go Big or Go Home - MrHeadache's NCAAF Play of the Year!!!

First off let me say that tonight I like Va Tech. However with that said I'm a little concerned. ECU has a veteren defensive unit that held Tech last year to 240 yards. Ecu's strength of their team is defending the run and as of right now that is Va Tech's only threat on offense. The Hokies have some linemen that are a little banged up on both sides of the ball and that is causing me to worry. As you know the Hokies have been gashed by opposing teams that have a pretty good running attack. For Instance, Nebraska, UNC, Ga Tech and Alabama. What worries me is that ECU will find success in this facet of their game against the 77th ranked run defense in the nation causng this thing to stay close. I dont see Va Tech having an offensive explosion tonight as they havent shown that all year against good defenses like ECU's.

I'm just wondering if you have taken this into consideration in making your play??

I understand where you are coming from and yes I have taken it all into consideration...

I have read the papers, seen the interviews and from what I am hearing out of Hokie nation is simple...they need to control the ball better....they can have a good offense, they are just so inconsistent...they have threats on their offense...but they need to get positive yards on 1st and 2nd downs to make their 3rd downs more manageable...they can open the playbook a little more, etc.  I think they do all of this tonight...I look for a heck of a game being called by Bryan Stinespring...I really think the Hokies that come out tonight and play are going to have a lot of people thinking, where have them been the last two weeks.

I hope your right. I hate having to guess they comeout ready offensively without a proven track record. With that said I still think the play is either Va Tech or no play.

Also whats your reasoning behind Temple just curious??
