GTown ranks 1st in the nation in that stat, so the Wolfpack should find little to no space from behind the arc. NC State has feasted on weaker conference opponents all year. In there 11 conference wins (incl. ACC tournament), the combined record of the Wolfpack opponent was 57-102. They only have two wins against ACC teams with above a .500 conference record. Some might see the 4.5 and think it's a gift given GTown laid less to Belmont, but I think we can look back in hindsight and see that the Belmont line was off. They were the sexy upset pick and oddsmakers lined it accordingly. Tough matchup for NC State and while I'm not overly high on GTown, I'll play the matchup."
I get the 2-6 SU...but they are catching 4.5 - so they don't need to win... |

Agree with Hot whole-heartedly, I think I'm going to let this one go because it'd honestly do enough for me if NCSU wins today for my brackets and I'm just not sure I'm confident enough to play it.
As for Spaz's post, he's dead on with everything. I just don't think NCSU is the same team that lost those games before and Hot's right about covering a +4 being a lot different than winning SU.
Neither team's offense looks great in the half-court, I think GTown's back-cuts can be equalized by Scott Wood (and then some if he heats up). Leslie inside is going to be very tough to handle providing he stays out of foul trouble, then Howell/Painter have 10 fouls to use in the middle before depth becomes dangerous. The Hoyas length is something I really liked in February, but they're not worthy of a 3-seed imo and they're ripe for the picking if NCSU plays a complete game

seems like a really short line, reminds me of the Bonnies game but clearly C.J. McCollum is not Andrew Nicholson. Good luck matteo
Hot, ykim-- I'm not sure I'm going to have anything today to be honest. I like SLU but they can't matchup with Draymond Green, like the Noles but that line is ridiculously short and FSU is not someone I want to back in a slow-paced game giving points...

#32 Posted: 3/18/2012 10:00:13 PM thought I would take the day off, but I could not...
add Kansas -8 (2H, -115) vs. Purdue -This gives me KU -2 for the game and I definitely would have taken that if I had the option pregame. Obviously it's scary considering how well Purdue shot the ball, but that was one player and Hummel won't score 22 again in the 2nd half. I'm pretty invested in KU with my brackets and they're a big part of my Big XII prop, but I don't have faith in any of the other Boilers to step up when Hummel cools and Bill Self gets into the Jayhawks at halftime about their defense.
