Penn St. (0-0) @ Syracuse (0-0):

Penn St. is in a much better place than at this time last year.  The only major question mark is the young QB's.  PSU has a much better coach and defense than Syracuse.  This is the best recipe for a young QB.

Penn St. -7 1/2 (4 units)

penn state won 8 games last year and with everything going on at the time that is quite remarkable,  this year they are much more experienced with 14 starters coming back as opposed to 6 last year, and to me syracuse is not as strong this season,  I think penn state will win this one by 21+ as their D and ball controll type of offence will controll this game all the way, PENN STATE-7 (purchasing  .5) medium play

I'm going under 51.5.  New QBs and neutral site game.  I'd lean Penn St.
