If anything a very strong capper like Dimes losing the Philly game, he is more likely to win the Atlanta game not less likely as your trying to indicate.
All 5 Celtic starters shot 50% or better with 3 of 5 shooting over 50% and Garnett going 11-14, simply put, it's not maintanable.
When teams have incredible performances like this they are likely to come back to earth in a big way the next game. And this especially holds true when they played a strong team like Miami and are now playing a far weaker team.
Teams like the Celtics, who are used to playing for a title, love to challenge themselves and play the better teams on a big stage which they did last night, for them to bring the same intensity to the next game against a no-body team on a small stage is almost impossible.
