I've spent the last couple of weeks compiling as much information as I can and basically getting ready for what is hopefully another profitable season. This will be my 4th year capping the WNBA.
I post every wager I make here on Covers . I don't Twitter or Tout. It's all here on Covers.
 Looking forward to opinions and discussions. I'd like to wish everyone Good Luck. Have a great year.

2010 YTD 97-80 ( +24.3 units )
2011 YTD 85-55 ( +60.85 units )

Not too many off season moves by the Fever.. They added Ronneka Hodges who's had a strong pre season. The Fever fell a game short last season in making the WNBA Finals. Tamika Catchings was the league MVP in 2011. She's probably the most versatile player in the league.
FORECAST FOR 2012-----------A 20 PLUS WIN SEASON AND ONCE AGAIN A POSSIBLE TRIP TO THE CONFERENCE FINAL.
CONNECTICUT----+1280
The Sun finished the season 21-13 in 2011 but the biggest problem over the last couple of years has been playing on the Road. 15-2 at Home and 6-11 away from Home. Unexplainable if you ask me.
FORECAST FOR 2012----------TOP 2 FINISH AND CERTAINLY WELL WORTH THE BETTING VALUE OF +1280.
CHICAGO-------+915
The Chicago Sky made some serious noise in the off season and improved this team immensely. The Sky added Cash, Penichiero, Willingham and Riley who all have a combined 40+ years of WNBA experience and multiple titles to boot. Not to mention that they have the most dominant center in the league in Sylvia Fowles ( The WNBA's version of Dwight Howard ) Except she can make free throws.
FORECAST FOR 2012--------THIS IS MY DARKHORSE TO WIN THE EAST.
ATLANTA-----+770
It's no fluke the Dream made the WNBA finals B2B years. They are well conditioned have great team chemistry and probably have the best athlete in the league in Angel McCoughtry. However they don't get DeSouza until the London Olympics are over.
FORECAST FOR 2012---------ANOTHER TRIP TO THE FINAL ? NO A POST SEASON APPEARANCE ? YES
WASHINGTON-------120-1
A complete Overhaul for 2012. They added 9 new players to the team via trades and draft. Nothing worth mentioning. Practically the entire 2011 team is gone except for Crystal Langhorn who undoubtedly is the most under rated player in the league. She's gonna have to pair up with Snow and Robinson who both lack skills in the paint. They have a huge front line. I'm gonna be looking to play some UNDERS early on with this team.
FORECAST FOR 2012--------------5TH OR 6TH
NEW-YORK-----50-1
Did absolutely nothing to improve their team. I kind of feel sorry for Cappie Pondexter. Once again there games will be played at the Prudential Center in New Jersey.
 I hope this was helpful to some of the New guys that might be betting the WNBA for the first time.
For the rest of the guys that do follow this league. Feel free to add something.

 Quality VS Quantity
A little tip for those tailing Dimes........
Get your bet in as soon as you can when he posts it to get full value. You might be laying up to 2 points more if you bet 6 hours later.......This man forces line movement quickly.
Don't girl later that you didn't get the same line which resulted in you losing, and him winning or pushing. He has NEVER posted an embellished line.

The Lynx are the favorites to win the 2012 WNBA Championship.
No argument here. They are loaded with talent. Nine games over .500 on the road last year. This is remarkable if you consider the next 3 teams were 9-8 away from home.( Pho, Atl, Sa ).
FORECAST FOR 2012---------CHAMPIONS ONCE AGAIN
SEATTLE---------+825
Traded Cash and Willingham in exchange for the 2nd Pick Overall(Shekinna Stricklen) in this years draft. This move will either be criticised or complemented . They also picked up Tina Thompson from the Sparks. Lauren Jackson will join the team after the Summer Olympics.
FORECAST FOR 2012------I'M CLUELESS
PHOENIX---------+825
The Mercury lost Penny Taylor ( Out for the Year ACL ) That's the bad news. The good news is that they added Hornbuckle and Houston but the best news of all is the 5th overall pick SAMANTHA PRAHALIS out of OHIO ST. This is the female version of Steve Nash. She's the best ball handler coming out of college. If you get a chance. Check her out on YOU TUBE "" Samantha Prahalis 2010 highlights"" She's gonna fit right in with Diana Taurasi.
FORECAST FOR 2012------2ND PLACE
LOS ANGELES--------+640
Missed the post season in 2011 but 2012 will be a different story. The Sparks won the Lottery and drafted Nneka Ogwumike out of Stanford. She played well in all 3 pre season games. They also picked up Alana Beard from the Mystic who I think they might be taking a chance on. If Beard and Parker ( who between both of them have missed practically 3 out of the last 4 years ) can stay healthy they will contend.

SAN ANTONIO--------+1150
Not much activity in the OFF season.
2012 FORECAST------------NO POST SEASON
TULSA--------------235-1
3-31 last season but they were worthy of a few wagers finishing 15-17-2 ATS. They had a pretty good draft and filled some spots in the roster.
