Years ago, like 15 or more I was a youngin and hit these casinos that were an hour away or so from where I lived..was going to school and working and love to play craps.

So I was running this progressive field bet, made out for several trips..just waiting like 5 rolls no field and then start playing it. Well the one run that killed me was I think 11 straight no fields and I never made the same mistake again.

I was in New Orleans for the Sugar Bowl on New Years Eve 2007.  Started out playing NLH but wanted more action.  I walked up to the roulette wheel and bought in for $200.  Didnt realize at the the stakes were jacked up because it was New Years.  I spread out my money over 8 different numbers, $25 apeice.  First spin hit one of my numbers!  875 bucks! I bet all of it on black and pressed it up again after it hit.  Black again!  Left the table with over 3k.  That was an awesome night on Bourbon St.
