These boys have come to far and have to much heart to fold in Game 5 in this spot...They have played their best playoff games when opening up a series in Game #1s and when they need to avenge a bad loss... And I would say Monday night would qualify as just that a bad loss.... Rangers ML ... All aboardddddddd Get on that money train

Prospect Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 148 Location:	#4 Posted: 5/23/2012 2:08:10 AM I have been at every playoff game at MSG and although I do agree that the Rangers have not played "great" in Game 5's throughout the playoffs, if you remember correctly Anderson made I believe 41 saves in Game 5 to steal it in a 1-0 Ottawa win in which Ottawa was held to 21-25 shot Range, and also Game 5 vs. Caps showed the resiliency of a tough NYR team, I do agree it can go either way but I fully expect both team to take care of business at home and to have a meeting at MSG Sunday night for another close game 7... Just my opinion....

(They pulled out games 6 and 7 vs OTT with game 7 being thier one and only B2B win in these playoffs so far). Considering how bad they are at trying to get B2B wins in these playoffs... I'd say they MUST win game 5 because if they don't... then they will be forced to win B2B games 6 and 7 to advance... and I don't think they can do that vs NJ who could spend all of game 6 pounding the crap outta the Rags to make sure they are still hurting in a potential 7th game (If the Rags can win that game 6 in the first place). Yep... Game 5 at home is a MUST WIN for the Rags.
