32-25-1 +8.1 units and 56% last year in first full year of tracking.  Lets look to improve

First week of burn the villages picks:

Ohio State -22.5 over Miami of Ohio.  I cant see Urban Meyer taking it easy in his first game as coach.  1 unit.

Alabama -12 over Michigan.  Denard Robinson will be running in circles all day.  2 units.

They may not win but they'll cover picks.

Wyoming +29.5 vs. Texas.  3 units.  Texas has shaky QB problems.  Wyoming has a decent one.  They'll keep it to 24 or less.

Navy +17 vs Notre Dame.  1 unit.  ND starting QB out in the first game.  Navy plays them tough at home.  Not an easy out.

Rees is not gonna be the #1 qb anyway, game is in Ireland not south bend, and 8 months prep for triple option, not to mention navy run defense is horrid

Everything.going the right way except Wyoming. Adding 6 pt teaser. Penn St and South Carolina from -6.5 to - 1/2 each. Pays 1-1. 1 unit.

That was a shitty way to restart.  3-3 but still +2.7 units.  Taking Texas -2.5 for 3 units.  I think OSU is getting too much respect for a team that lost so much and who has a wounded QB situation.  Also Ole Miss +30.  2 units.  Bama wins by 4 TDs but I should still get the cover. Would be great if this tablets enter button worked....

Adding Texas under 65 2 units.  Texas D should slow things down enough.

Stupid me for thinking a Big 12 team could play defense.

Still, 2-1 for +2.8 units and 5-4 for +5.5 overall.  Also managed to get the SJ State game late but didnt post here so wont count it.

Lets go Bengals today...

Before it goes up grabbing UCLA -2.5.  4 units.  I get people are gun shy but after seeing us destroy CU first hand and with Tedfords well seemingly run dry....I think we take this one comfortably.

Clemson -9.5 (buying half) -120.  2 units.  I dont see Tech recovering from that Middle Tenn St loss....at home.  Clemson can put up points as well, not a good combo.

UL Monroe -3.  Speaking of MTS, Monroe should come in and give a wake up call.  They beat a bad GT team and Monroe has hung tight with Baylor, Auburn, and Arkansas. 1 unit.

Air Force -8.  1 unit.  The only thing that can save Navy is professional courtesy.

Washington State +15.5.   Beavers are good but they arent necessaily putting teams away.  Plus hype pressure is mounting, they will play tighter as line is inflated due to Oregon bombing.  2 units.

hey did you come down to the Coliseum for the 55-0 drumming last year?  That was fun, nothing like your picture of booty.  i guess every blind squirrel gets an acorn now and again.

This -2.5 is begging for action.  Cal and ucla are some kind of public school rivalry...they always play shootout games.  even though ucla has looked better than cal so far, i could see a surprise here up in berkley.   good luck though

Trey, clearly you werent.  It was only 50-0.  Ha.  Trust me, after that game it will take 4-5 wins in a row to make up for it.  As for this week, its just a matter if its old UCLA or new UCLA.  Im thinking its the latter.

Tank, I see Wazzu losing but not by more than 2 TDs.

Finally got my half.  West Virginia +7.5.  2 units.  If he doesnt win outright, Geno will keep this within 7, even if its a backdoor meaningless cover with 3 seconds left.

4-2 but letting my heart get my head made me overbet the Bruins.  +1.5 units though on the weekend for 9-6 and +7 units overall.  Hopefully the 60% clip lasts.

First sure thing bet: 2 team 6 pt teaser pays 1-1. Florida -2.5 and Notre Dame -2. Candy isn't derailing any trains and no way Irish lose at home to a now pedestrian Stanford. 2 units.

Northwestern -3. 1 unit. Minnesota is a bottom dweller in multiple offensive and defensive categories.

San Jose State -3. 1 unit. Spartans home after two tough road games.

Ohio State -17. 2 units. I'm not letting Indiana's game against Mich State fool me. They are going to end up Nebraska 2 vs Miller.

Stanford has won 3 straight versus the irish...the irish havent played anyone good, this will be their first real test.  i'm taking Stanford +9 (it opened 10 and now is 8) and I do think there is a real chance for Stanford to hang the first L on notre dame.

Be careful Trey - this is an overrated ND team....for once. Stanford hasn't been thrashing teams in its wins and they were all at home. The one time they go on the toad the y lose to a mediocre Washington team. Try could lose by alot here.

2-2 -.3 units last week. Bleh. 11-8 + 6.7 units overall.

6.5 pt teaser this time. -110. Oregon -2.5 and Oregon State -3.5. 2 units. I think the line would be higher of AZ St didn't get the benefit of thrashing Colorado last week. Oregon State should take care of hapless Utah.

UL Monroe +3. 2 units. Will win outright. Western Kentucky with the inflated record against patsy teams.

Another 6 pt teaser +100. Kansas State +9 and South Carolina +9. West Virginia's D will keep opponents in games and Florida doesn't exactly light things up. 2 units.

Texas Tech -2.5. 1 unit. Have to respect the dismantling of Geno.

Stanford -2.5. 1 unit. Id bet more but Tedfords job is at stake.

Notre Dame -13.5. Riley Nelson is going to have another long day. 1 unit.

Rajun Cajuns -4. North Texas = awful. 1 unit.

Big card will need big luck this week....

Adding Indiana ML +125. 4 units. Biggest play this year. Indiana much better than its 2-4 record, playing Ohio State and Michigan State close. One dimensional Navy will be much easier competition.

OK, Ill bite on the SEC.

LSU -2.5. Bought to -120. I'm just never sold on A and M. I have no idea why they always get so much respect then people are surprised when they dissapoint later. They won't score 59 on LSU. 2 units.
