Rookie Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 863 Location: New York	#1 Posted: 3/8/2012 10:22:37 AM I'm going down next weekend with about 10k-12k cash. My debit card limits me to $800 a day. Regardless, where do I keep my money when I go out at night? I don't wanna be walking around with 10k in my pocket. I'm staying at harrahs. Do I trust the room safe? Thanks

Otherwise I'd suggest going to your local credit union and buying travelers checks. Mine charges .50 per $100, which is worth it for peace of mind.

He uses the safes behind the front desk to keep his bank roll. I think he does it more to get the juices following of the front desk hottie more then the safety of his money. Makes him look like a player.

I had the exact problem when I first came to visit and I needed to find my bank. A Wells Fargo is on East Flamingo Road (Bally's las vegas casino street), pass Swenson Rd, and it's going to be on your left a mile or two down.
