Boise could have run for more but they passed for 465
The only top 10 Rushing team Toledo played against was No Illinois (#9) and No Illinois ran for 267 (and threw for 265).
Air Force is #2 in the nation in rushing at 320 a game.
But you can throw out these numbers, because Toledo has not seen an option team recently. We'll see if they prepare for it well or not.

The only thing that really slowed Vandy down this year was when you bet on them.

Belk Bowl in Charlotte - NC St vs Louisville
Vegas Line: Pick
Pick: PASS
Morale:
When they finished the year they had a chance at the BCS, but WV won the tiebreak. This is something of a concern, but I feel Lousville will put out a great effort.
Obrien at NC St seems to have this team on the right track . Obrien was a Bowl Master at BC, which means he knows what buttons to push.
On the field
Both teams would love to have solid QB performances in the bowl, to build for next year. I give a little talent edge to Lousville. NC State might have a little better QB. Pretty even game overall.
Result
I am afraid of Obriens Bowl record, but Charlie Strong has Louisville ready to run through a wall for him. I lean toward Lousiville in what I think is going to be a very good bowl game.
Bonus
What is a Belk?
