cmon man you are just trying to read between the lines and specifically find reason to fade SF...

the kid says hes not or doesnt get nervous and your reaction is "liar!!  he is nervous... or something along the lines of hes being cocky so he will lose

then he goes on to saysomething that should be the opposite of cocky "im just happy for the oportunity" (sounds gratefull to me).. and you take as a "sf is just happy to get there, and baltimore actually wants to win"

everyone will interpret words however they like... but for you to believe Kap is just happy to get there, but dont believe the other stuff you are just clearly biased

Plenty of people seem to want to doubt Kap... I don't get it really.  I go with what I see with my own eyes...

I'm a Bears fan, and when I saw this NEW GUY completely dismantle the Bears defense on MNF, I was amazed.  He looked better than Tom Brady.  He has done NOTHING but impress since given a chance, oh yea he has broke a few records along the way.

There is not reason to doubt his words when he says he is not nervous.  This guy is special.

But I am glad there seem to be plenty that want to doubt him, that is what makes a market in sports wagering.  Best of luck to all this Sunday!

Everybody is entitled to an opinion... but I don't think so.  Many will be nervous but Kap is as cool as they come.

I think SF wins and covers... and I don't think it will be nearly as close as many here think

SF   38
BAL  17

I think the gameplan for the 49ers will be something like the following...  Set up the run by first spreading the defense with many throws downfield.   Kap has a very acurrate arm, and Coach has already gone "all in" with him... so why change now?  After ripping off several first downs on Kap's arm, they will then start to punish the Ravens with a heavy dose of Gore.  I think the Baltimore defense is old and slow, and SF will expose them.

On the other side, I think the SF defense will be stout enough to handle Rice, and they will challenge Flacco to beat them downfield.  That will be enough for a few scores, but not enough to make it close.

SuperBowl games because of all the TV breaks and scrutinizing of every play by officials  on and off the field tend to interfere with the natural flow of the game. A QB such as Kapernick might possiby be more affected by this constant interruption of the game as he seems to play better with momentum and with quickly moving the chains. I don't see it affecting Flacco nearly as much. This i feel gives the Ravens an advantage on both sides of the ball...defensively it gives an older but more experienced Baltimore more rest between plays as well as providing more opportunities to get the right players on the field at the right time. Offensively it slows both teams down but negates the Kapernick advantage somewhat.....I'm predicting a close game with the Ravens kicking a FG to win it in the final 2mins.

#52 doesn't need anymore motivation. You're simply adding fuel to the fire. Lewis has been tested several times and never got suspended by the NFL. After 17 years & to have a chance in winning his 2nd hardware, no way he would take these drugs to jeopardize his career and his team.

Sounds like a cheerleader.  Many reasons he would so...  he would go to great lengths to overcome a murder wrap.  I think he capable of almost anything.

Mister I beat murder, 4 moms with 10 kids, mister preacher man does not fool me.  He's a first class douche

Exciting SB game. It was obvious 9ers were just "happy" to be in the SB. They showed lack of focus no matter how you look at it. Although Kap never admitted that he doesn't get nervous in the biggest game of his career, he was certainly rattled in the 1st half. Kap is gonna be scary few years from now. The dude can ball!

Kap did show nerves early on... lesson learned check.

I blame the loss of the 49ers on bullshit playcalling down the stretch.  They crawled into a shell, for a team that USUALLY is very unpredictable.  They went very conservative late in the game.

I agree with ya.. The play calling on the Final drive was just horrible.. Whether you feel that was holding or not on the last play of that drive, the calls were just not good period...
