#1 Posted: 3/9/2012 1:42:25 PM How do u guys prepare for the season? I usually get the Lindys and Athlon mags and Sporting News. Some of the stuff are outdated sometimes but it's a good reference every so often.

#2 Posted: 3/9/2012 2:13:42 PM You are better off cruising the web. Magazines have to be published much too early to be accurate this late. MLB, CBS, ESPN, Yahoo and others are far more up to date and accurate.

Fangraphs.com of course is like the bible for stats and info

Yeah...I remember the first time I bought it, I was like OK here we go another almanac of boring stats and endless numbers that are supposed to mean something...I bought it cause one of my friends said it was a must for baseball...
Then I started reading it, and low and behold...it was good reading, I actually enjoyed the articles...
