Ramon Sessions is useless. At least D.Fisher can shoot 3. P Gasol played too soft. Andrew Bynum had no more gas... The Lakers is done.

Kobe deserves to get hit by a bus.

Hopefully you're holding hands with him when it happens.

Every player needs good supporting cast.

Shaq couldn't have won all 3 championships without Kobe. Kobe wouldn't have won his most recent championships without Odom, Gasol and to a lesser extent Bynum.

So no matter who it is they need good players around them. Look at LeBron for all his great regular season play he never really looked like winning a ring with Cleveland.

Duncan had Ginoboli and Parker.

LeBron had Wade and Bosh thats 2 top 5 players plus a top 15 player and they couldn't beat Dallas.

People need to stop hating on Kobe you will appreciate him once he retires. There won't be another like Kobe, his attitude and will to win is only matched by CP3.

mj who many many more consider the top all time or at least top 5, had pippen and rodman (both no slouches, rodman esp, ridiculous rebounder)

so I think every player has been "carried" if you mean by had help

Bynum hasn't contributed? The first one you are right... he was injured. The second about him being a 4th option behind KB,Pau, and Odom is based on the idea that only offense won those championships which is not true. On the second championship run of that team Bynum played defense and his presence in the middle was felt.

So what he wants more. You don't just settle for 5 you want more and more. He is surrounded by scrubs. He is still an all NBA first team player but has limited time left hence why he deserves better.

Its all an opinion no need to get so worked up people.

Any of you Kobe Haters ever watch the first 3 champtionships.

Remember Kobe vs. Pacers in Overtime in a pivotal game on the road with a sprained ankle, killing the Pacers. Yah.... Shaq did everything... sure.

Most Kobe haters I know aren't Laker fans. They don't watch all the games. All they do is talk garbage.

Fock Kobe.  All he does is imitate Jordan.  Oooh I am sick like MJ.  Whoops, I lost.

MJ had no one by his side, Pippen would have no one without Jordan.  Kobe had Shap and Gasol who were something before Kobe.  I for one don't wantr Kobe to win the 6th ring, Jordan doesn't deserve to have this bum mentioned along side his name.

as a boston fan my whole life (an obvious hatred for all things lakers) i do respect kobe as a player, he's amazing.  but to say that he deserves better is a silly thing to say.  yes, i felt a small amount of sympathy for him last night, watching that embarrassment of a 'team', but why does he deserve better?  should he just be dealt an all star team just because he's kobe?  naw.  that should be the goal of the lakers office, yes,  and they fucked up royally.  i can't think of one move that they made this year that was a 'good' thing, other than going after cp3.  and if that deal would have went through, the whole league and every fan would have just been saying not fair! not fair!  so, it is what it is.  sorry dude.  the lakers suck.

Kobe is a great one-on-one player, but he does nothing to make his teammates better.

what the f*ck u want to average 60%?

kobe is a smart b*tch, he can feel real quick the attitude of his teammates. thats why he decides to take over and that leads to problems.

kobe is pimp sh*t as far as overall talent and the will to win. he just never has been a quality leader. not his fault. not everyone can be.

and anyone who wants to sh*t all over pippen go look at the ol game tapes again.

never was a bulls fan. sh*t the opposite. was bad boys fan. but ive always been able to appreciate excellence.

the bulls wud have one a title or maybe 2 with jordan and no pippen. but those 2 together are the greatest one two punch in the history of the nba. the were so insinct and thrived on their own competitive nature to b the best that it excelled each of their games and the teams.

pippen for a few yrs was arguably the 2nd best player in the league behind jordan.

pippen always gets sh*ted on. the mutha sucka was an all around great behind player and helped mj get his jewelry. and mj knows it.

just sad to think if no reitirement, no lockout and no bulls upper suits bs, chicago wud of ran the entire 90's. 91-2000. bulls wud of beat the spurs and then lakers in 2000.  that wud of been the best, to see a mature mj destroy a young shaq and kobe.

overall talent, will to win, and to appreciate the game and being the best enought to improve each yr or stay on top each yr...

for that, kobe is top 10 easy all time. i may give him top 5.

i cant think of anyone but jordan id want to score for me. always a solid defender each yr. and the mutha f*cker's pain threshold is as good as any ever in sports.

only thing he really did wrong was no f*ckin pre-nup. and that dumbass tat.

kobe deserves a golf clap for the most part....

Would you know who Pippen was without Jordan, I'll answer for you - NO!  Rodman was washed up when he came to the Bulls, if I am not mistaken he had been released by the Spurs for his shitty play.  He came to the Bulls and was great again, you don't think that had anything to do with Jordan?  Jordan made everyone around him great, Kobe not so much.  Kobe wants great people around him to make himself look great and when he doesn't get that he pouts and asks to be traded like a lil' girl.

dont let the truth get in the way of your ridiculous comment

shaq 38 ppg 16.7 rpg  61% fgs

kobe 15.6 ppg 4.6 rpg 36 % fgs
