I love the Giants chances, but NE is not a bad team and I actually thought the line would have come out as NE -4, but -3.5 makes sense, in between two key numbers 3 & 4 for the right team. If the books came out Giants -3, money would be flooding in on NE. Books want 50/50 action.
I find nothing funny about the line , and agree with you completely. Doesnt matter 2 me, Im already on the Ginats and under! BOL my friends! |

#78 Posted: 1/28/2012 11:10:01 AM Not buying Eli man. I watched the entire game last week and that dude was lucky. I'm sick of everyone saying how great he played. Bottom line, Eli didn't win that game, the niners lost it. Eli threw at least 3 balls into double coverage that the niners dropped for int's. Give me Brady and Belacheat all day vs. Eli and a guy that needs to be told by his Qb that the play clock is running down. |

I agree in the 2nd half Eli did not perform well, wasnt moving the ball and was 3 and out alot but when given the break and the short field he did put the ball in the end zone

Of course some moron will come on here and write that the number is made to generate equal action on both sides. In many cases, the book knows from which side the money will be pouring in on especially in high profile games like this one. They are not stupid.
I have looked at lines long enough to know that sometimes a book will take a stand on a number despite the wagering and will take their shot because they think they have the better of it. Gambling is their business and they might want the bigger piece of pie which you, Veronica, alluded to.
I smell a rat in this contest and am now thinking that the Patrots will cover. I do not think they are the better 'team' either.
good points . thanks ! |

any real players goal (veagas is a player) is to confuse you . to get you to doubt what you think you already hav a great feeling about .. if this was not a part of the war .. what fun would it be . lol

oooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh the terror !!! just imagine how many people woul have been on the giants if they were released as a 2.5 - 3 pts fav >>>>>>>>> the pat backers would have been destroye thinking they had a gift getting 2.5 - 3 pts and all the real cappers would have cashed their giants -3 selections .. flip it flip it flip it . lmao
CONFIRMATION IN SHORT >>> if the giants were the small fav this would have confirmed what most already believed >> that the giants were going to be the winner in this game >> AND THEY WERE . i will not leave out that the game could have gone either way .. but soo what . giants win !!! another u-dog reins supreme in a championship game . what is this ? this is same ole garbage man , thats all it is . ty ooh and if i knocked you out the last 2 times we squared off and they make you the favorite in game 3 ? ooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh , yerah let me post that just so i can get a feel . |

forget that complex question of who would be .. WHO SHOULD BE FAVORED SINCE I KNOCKED YOU OUT THE LAST 2 TIMES WE SQUARED OFF ? OOOH you should still be favored because your name gets more media time and you are thought of and looked at as the man , but in reality i knocked the the darn out the last 2 times we met .... sorry to come across rude but get real , come out the dark . ty and no i dont expect you to be able to answer , not you or any other fool . lol
i will try again >>>if i knocked you out the last 2 times we squared off , should i be the u-dog in our 3rd time squaring off ? let's not forget it is a neutral playing field .. as the colts did not make the sb .. lmao |
