I've got the series bet on the Hawks so I have a vested interest in having them come away with a victory. But ultimately I don't really care how it happens, as long as the score reads less than 179 at the end of the game. If Atlanta wins 110 to 68, that's fine by me. Know what I mean? |

Unfortunately, this game was so low scoring that the oddsmakers are likely to drop the total into the mid 170's for the next game. Even still, I may ride the under all series like I said. Celtics looked much worse than I thought, but could just be some rust after all that rest they had. KG in particular wasn't even participating in some of the plays. Should be a better performance in the next game, I expect they'll keep it closer. Either way, the Hawks series bet off on the right foot.

Atlanta was the better team statistically, but sometimes that doesn't translate into postseason victories. The Celtics played better team basketball and they closed out games better than the Hawks. Fortunately I still have another plus money series future on the Clippers to keep me in the green for series bets.
