#1 Posted: 7/22/2012 11:59:06 PM I didn't see much discussion about this game on here, so hopefully I'm not missing it. This line seems off to me at -3 and has moved to -3.5 on some books already. What do you all think? |

#7 Posted: 7/23/2012 6:54:21 PM Cowboys plus the points, especially if the public pounds the Giants. For one, the Giants didnt get any better this year. They lost Manningham as well as Brandon Jacobs. I know Jacobs was on a decline but he was still a threat because of his size and power running style. Cowboys picked up Morris Claibourne of LSU. He will be a great rookie CB. Giants are stilla descent team but they tend to start off the year a little weak and then finish strong. Only thing I dont like is Dez Bryant will probably be suspended. Other than that I think Romo will be ready to go here. I think this year is finally a year where we se the Boys at their best.
Not sure about Cowboys ML but +3.5 sounds good to me in that I see this being a FG game either way. |

Yes they did. They got better on defense. They also drafted David Wilson who is the healthy mans Ryan Matthews.
Both these teams are going to finish 10-6ish, so this game is a toss up. I expect a highscoring affair. 27-24 either way. |

You do know Super Bowl winners win the opening game of the season virtually every year right?? |

#12 Posted: 7/26/2012 10:43:48 PM Ny Giants get their rings that night and you think Dallas will beat them in their home turf? Giants usually have a strong September. Dallas does their damage in November. The key is Giants defense which is better than the Cowboys. Also ny will get at Romo forcing at least two turnovers. |

#13 Posted: 7/28/2012 9:04:58 AM I backed the Giants in the last 5 out of 6 games or so of last year (took S.F). But I am taking Dallas here. I am looking for the Giants to look sloppy this year and Dallas looking way more improved on defense. Add in the fact I am getting 3 in a divisional game and this is not an easy win but an easy play. This biggest factors I see is Cruz is no longer in the slot where he did his magic and helped win some games for the Gmen and they didnt win a lot of games last year. So lets see what he can do on the outside. Dallas already was very talented but struggled greatly in the secondary and I think they addressed that problem, right? |

#14 Posted: 7/29/2012 8:23:20 PM Giants ML is the safer bet. They should cover the ATS though. |

#17 Posted: 7/30/2012 1:42:50 PM what do you think the line would be if the giant reciever didnt catch the ball on his helmet falling down to win 1-sb and manning throwing the most perfect pass between 2-pats on the sidelines on forth down and of coarse welker dropping a pass on 3rd down with little over 2m in the game and had to punt nyg had no time-outs....ill give you 2sec. times up DALLAS-1 |

No sir you are incorrect. No way would it be Dallas -1. Maybe it would drop to NYG -2.5 but in no way possible would it be Dallas laying points in NYG. I have to assume you are new at this. Pay attention and learn and quit trying to give advice my friend. |

u r joking right? they get a healthy sean lee back, who in my opinion is a very good ILB.. they also helped sure up their secondary with the fee agent acquisition of brandon carr, and then drafting arguably the best corner in the draft morris claiborne..
also still have mike jenkins, who will move to nickle corner so they can go 3 deep at cb, which is key in todays nfl cuz slot wr will tear u a new behind hole just ask victor cruz and wes welker...
rob ryan likes to blitz in his style of defense, and in order to do that successfully u need the secondary to be able to cover man to man.. add in the fact that this will be their second year in his system, and they still have the best pass rusher in the league, and thats all the makings of a top 10 defense in my opinion... |

#22 Posted: 8/1/2012 12:55:52 AM Take: the cowboys moneyline tony romo is going to go nutz dallas o line will be an improvement from last yea. I like miles dez and witten winning their matchups while the giants pass game struggles |
