I opened account at sportsbook.com before football seaon and made sure I had all the necessary ppwk. to them when i opened up acct. When i made my first withdrawal request, the $$ was in my bank acct in like 4 days. Nothing but good things to say about sportsbook.com thus far.

I use bookmaker.com and betjamaica and they are decent...both require similar information before you can withdraw. I just closed my account at Nine.com and am looking for a new 3rd spot.
