Not many people make money doing this. Maybe this isnt for you. You can definitely find more enjoyment doing other things with the time you spend doing this. Its hard to believe because you're obviously a degenerate, but its true.

Not everyone can win at this. Look at it like this....you can play golf, but you are no professional. You like to bowl, but you dont have an average that would put you on tour. You like to gamble, but you cant do it profitably.

Its not a negative thing. You have to weigh how it feels and the pros and cons in your life. If you lose too much and you dont get the enjoyment, get the hell out. But if you lose a little bit of money and it makes the games exciting, its not the worst thing you could be doing. You could be smoking cigarettes or some garbage.

Regardless, I wish you luck. When you get down - and it happens to all of us - you really start questioning yourself and a lack of confidence is killer in this.

Hope all goes well.

swoop, I understand what you mean, but I am just ill that I have had some horrid luck this year. This is the longest I have gone between payouts.

rogers, this was a few years back, prolly 07-08. If you check their rating, they have a D right now. They sent me a check that looked like a 12 year old printed it on a dot matrix printer and it was a bank out of Grenada. I took it to the bank and they looked at me like I was a robber. They asked me questions and I couldn't exactly say it was from a sportsbook. They acted like I was trying to scam them. I got this check after 2-3 months of hassle and excuses. They may have paid you well, but this is my and many others experience. Like I said I think they may have done it to darn with me and it worked. I had another book limit my withdraws because I won from them pretty quick. THEY claimed they thought I was a professional gambler, but I was betting spreads, ML and teasers too. What pro gambler does that? So they told me they would send me 5k and then held back 5 and I of course lost it, which was their goal and I fucked up and obliged.

I appreciate the thoughts. I have been gambling since I was 18 and I am now 36. It's not a thing that I have been doing this for a couple months and lost. I have won a lot and lost a lot. Just lost my nerve a little lately.

I am a victim of my own success in this. There have been months where I win 36k, another time I won 20k +, but my problem is I go on bad bad runs and lose it. People who have seen my posts over the years know this is true. I haven't had one of those runs in a year and a half and that's why I think I have lost my nerve and hence it's not fun anymore as it used to be. I am going to bed. I got to work a little tomorrow. Honestly, I think work has gotten in my way of my betting, but I am trying to be responsible. Just wanted to share my winning parlays today.
