If only sports betting were as easy as betting the better team on paper.

Denver has a 17-7 record mainly due to the fact their 11-2 at home. At home they have a few huge advantages. First due to how much further west they are than anyone else in the Sun Belt conference any team going in there to face them has to make a long trip to do so. Plus once they arrive Denver gets to play them at high altitude. Jet lagged team playing on the road at high altitude, quite the disadvantage. Hence the 11-2 home record. Well today they play on the road and don't have any of those advantages. This time they are the team that had to make the long flight from Denver to Florida, they don't have the advantage of playing at high altitude and therefore the scales are much more even. I'm actually expecting them to lose and have a play on FAU.

You'd think Denver will learn how to travel one of these days. Some good cappers have FAU, and I'm stuck on the possibility that Denver figures this out

Live and learn my friend... If it were always as easy as the team that looks better on paper wins and covers we'd all be rich. Look deeper. Travel, let down factor, bad road team, etc etc.... if you don't look deeper when capping games you'll get slaughtered.

I will take FAU odds to win the Sun Belt tourney if 5dimes offers it. They are better than their record indicates.

Battle of the collapses

Denver was winning 71-67 with 10 seconds and lost 72-71

they showed tons of heart on the road tho and covered the 1.5
