I'm going to give away a little secret here.  The heart of the Strip is pretty much Vegas Blvd and Flamingo Rd.  There, you will find Ceasars, Bellagio, Bally's and BILLS GAMBLIN HALL.  You can pull your car into Bills parking garage, take a short elevator ride to the lobby and viola, you're at the famous intersection.   Getting in and out isn't too much of a problem.  You can access the garage from Flamingo Rd.

Why don't you just do Valet Parking, you can tip the guy $0.45...
