given that 20.5% of R voters are in the bottom fifth of income, that means the vast majority of people below the poverty line would have to be D or I.
next time try not to extrapolate personal experience from a limited sample size onto the 3rd largest population in the world, you just make yourself look foolish

but I would be interested to see the stat that polls the people in poverty in terms of how they lean.... as that would speak to the point at hand more so then breaking down the republican party....
