I fully agree that the odds maker's
have more information than we have access to and after all that is why they are the professionals. The Norfolk game for instance, could have easily had a line from anywhere from -10 to -19 in my eyes. If the line would have been -10 there would have been plenty of more bets on Florida.
Vegas needed to make the line so that Norfolk was the appealing play with all those points even though they were completely outclassed.
The "in game" line was at -26!! I would imagine there were plenty of people who lost even more money trying to chase their bet on Norfolk with the in game bet only to lose both.

All I know that there are certain lines that I will not bet. I'll rather lay off then bet. Any line that is at -2, I will not bet that team that is favored. I'll either take the dog, or just lay off completely.
Certain lines are bad to bet in my opinion. All those guys who bet Florida St. last night, and South Florida at -2 for both games, got their fools handed to them, LOL...
I don't give a damn how good it looks, I won't bet the fav, no way.
