#1 Posted: 6/5/2011 11:18:08 PM so im going to the casino in like an hour, i dont go with a lot of money, and befoe u laugh im only 19 so i take like $80, i always play craps usually play the pass line, throw odds occaisonally, and almost always bet 6-8. if the pass is the 4 i might just throw down hard 4. ive been losing lately and i know its hard to play craps with lil bit of money like me, but what are good strategies besides the obvious one of.. dont play craps. i hate all the other games. thanks |

this advice is best
One more thought is you should try to go with a little more than $80 as that can go VERY quickly.
BOL - let us know how it goes. |

Honestly man, theres no way you can ever win in a casino game over the long run. Mathematically impossible unless you cheat. Keep that in mind. For fun is one thing but don't get sucked in. Stick to sports or poker. |

#8 Posted: 6/6/2011 5:41:08 AM bigbaby i only go for fun since im not 21 i cant really go out anywhere im not going to make $, i go in saying.. ok today im fine if i lose... $___ (70)
anyway just got back and its crazy how much an up and down game this is. started with $100. first i started, table was pretty empty so i threw some on the dont's and lost a little, not a big deal. then i started putting pass line, odds, and come. if the 5 came out, i would take odds, and re-bet the come, then put odds again. i ended up losing, then this guy next to me was hot so i was going 26/7 across and worked, then i was hot for like 20 mins. overall i lost $20 over like 2 hours. sometimes i go 27 across and hit like 7, then sometimes i would hit 1.
then went quickly to war, re-cooped in like 2 mins, and left even. for 3 hours. very good night for me |

Card counting at blackjack is not cheating.

#11 Posted: 6/7/2011 3:08:37 PM Card counting is treated like cheating-They'll put you in the book and they'll escort your behind out the door. The only people making a living at a table game are the people running the game and people cheating the game. |

I usually bet $30 on each and keep going till I lose two rolls in a row. This won't get you rich but you bankroll can go a long way playing this method. By the way i usually start with $300 buy in and if I triple my money I'll walk away. |
