alot of the reputable books use payroll companies located in the US anyway.  I've never received checks cut from any thirdworld countries, however I've only dealt with a few reputable books so I'm not saying it doesn't happen

I can add they said my bank wires over a 3 year period was 24K or something to that nature, and they said it raised a flag on my name. Asked me the same 3 exact questions they asked him. All checks for me since then, lol, it wasnt so scary as he made it out to be but I dont want to be bothered by them again so just use check.

The whole thing is because of terrorist trying to get money into the states. They could give a darn less about gambling

thank you V

cmdrunk: why on earth would the Secret Service come to your house? their agency does two things, and two things 'only' a) protect elected government politicians, including past presidents, and b) counterfeit currency. your statement is that of an imbecile. an opinion is one thing, right or wrong, outright bullshit to capture attention is another! I am just curious, is their anyone who actually believes this?????

And they identified themselves as "Secret Service" or FBI? the point being, I don't dispute your claim, it's the investigative agency, that is where the discrepancy lays, who, not what...

Investigative Mission

The Secret Service was established as a law enforcement agency in 1865. While most people associate the Secret Service with presidential protection, its original mandate was to investigate the counterfeiting of U.S. currency, a mission the Secret Service is still mandated to carry out.

Today the agency's primary investigative mission is to safeguard the payment and financial systems of the United States. This has been historically accomplished through the enforcement of counterfeiting statutes to preserve the integrity of United States currency, coin and financial obligations.

Since 1984, the Secret Service's investigative responsibilities have expanded to include crimes that involve financial institution fraud, computer and telecommunications fraud, false identification documents, access device fraud, advance fee fraud, electronic funds transfers and money laundering as it relates to the agency's core violations.

To combat these crimes, the Secret Service has adopted a proactive approach that utilizes advanced technologies.

Must be air contamination in the Carolinas. It would probably cost them more than $7k to investigate and send agents to your door.

your absolutely correct, new era, new procedures.never understood or realized it has reached this depth...

I re-tract, it's very possible that the SS can show up, and will eventually; the puritan hypocrisy of American sport betting issues continues to now include the Secret Service, FBI, and in general, the United States Department of Justice as a whole...one must have to conclude, where is all this leading to? and why target non-criminals who enjoy the shear recreation of placing a bet on an event? but yet, instead of legalizing the sportsbook industry, the president of America focuses on legalizing "happy Marriages" as a priority...are we dealing with jock straps or tampons. Will one sports minded politician stand up and say enough is enough "sports betting in America is a right, not an illegal act"

Thanks for believing me, but you are not really listening to me. It is because of terrorism, they told me straight up they do not care about the gambling, even went into discussion with me on how they are trying to pass laws to make it legal in the usa. Wouldnt I have got into some type of trouble if it was about gambling?

Terrorism#1, Child Porn #2. That is their only concerns

Yes, I understand, appreciate the information on the after birth..my commentary was from the other direction. it was hard to comprehend the SS involvement..unfortunately, you have now been identified..based on the Homeland Security Act anti-terrorism

Yes. I'm sure they all wear the Navy jackets( with "Secret Servcie" in bold) over their suit & ties , glocks drawn, as they pound your doorbell. "SS over up please - just a few questions"

What if a terrorist was sent 7k, should the U.S. not investigate if it costs more to investigate?

To you guys who only think the govt operates only in its scope of operations, just listen to one of Napolitano's speeches.
