Oklahoma State wanted to play someone better than Purdue and will take out their frustrations.  OK State wins by 20

You sure have a Purdy mouth and I'm betting you're gonna be a winner over OK.

Purdue got bowl eligible by beating only one team with a winning record. They lost a bunch of games in a down Big 10. No way they'll be able to stay with an Okie State team that has improved greatly over the course of the year.

initially, I liked Ok St, but there D has gotten torched...sure Ok St will score 60+, but they will give up 40+...

no play for me...ok st will probably cover, but i have a few better picks on the board that i plan to go with...

Caution on All Remaining Bowl Games!

Must use great caution on all remaining "Bowl" games.  Oklahoma State throwing footballs directly into the hands (three times) of enemy players only ten yards away...TCU fumbling footballs on two yard lines...yesterday's game of a team "fumbling" footballs twice on the ONE YARD line...and all of these teams going under the Vegas spread!

And many, many "flags" even noticed by the TV commentators as "false flags".

Can't be "sour grapes" as I've been on the winning side of a few of these "disasters".  But such actions, in bowl game after bowl game, no "accidents".  Many have noticed the same, no doubt.  Must use great caution on all remaining bowl games.

id take okst because purdues defence isnt that good against the run. most people look at ok st. pass game and talk about lighting up the score bored but randles running will help open the flood gates. he is the 4th back on mel kipers big board

I will be passing this game.  My numbers make a weak case for Purdue but has anyone noticed how poorly the first year / replacement coaches are doing in these bowls.  Purdue replaced the HC, they are DD underdogs and have looked pretty bad most of the year.

OK State is good enough to beat Purdue badly  but the line makes them too expensive.  I never play DD favs in bowl games no matter what.  The chance of a back door cover is too great against a team with a mediocre defense ( OSU ).  Not interested.  If I can't make the case for a dog in a bowl game, I will generally not play it.  This is one of those games.

I think your idea about dd favs makes sense, but here are the last 2 years bowls dd favs cover record:
2010...4-2
2011...3-1
2012, so far, 2-2, with 4 to go...

Oklahoma State should win here by double digits but by 17 not sure.  The better play here is the over as neither team can stop anyone on Defense and as long as Purdue stays within 2 scores they will keep on scoring points at will.  I am hoping OK St has 28 or more by the half.  Good luck.
