The schedule, especially early, leaves no room for error from an Alabama team that will be breaking in a slew of young players on both sides of the ball. The Crimson Tide opens with Michigan, which is projected to be a top 10 team, and travels to division rival Arkansas two weeks later.
"We've obviously learned a lot at Alabama over the last five years," Saban said. "The most important thing we've learned is you got to stay on top of the little things. Things don't happen by accident. You don't win a play by accident. You don't win a game by accident. You don't win a division by accident. You have to make it happen, and you have to make it happen by what you do every day."
That wasn't happening in 2010, Alabama's players say. Led by players such as Jones, veteran quarterback AJ McCarron, linebacker Nico Johnson and defensive end Damion Square, the Crimson Tide has repeatedly vowed it won't be an issue in this installment of "how to defend a national title."

2.) our defense has the best game ever and wins the turnover battle
3.) Alabama's team comes down with the flu the night before the game.
AND
Yeah. That really is the thing. I don't think Alabama is going to light up the scoreboard, but they definitely have the size and athletic ability on defense to give Michigan fits.
But noone comes close to saying "we are gonna win" |

Sure you are loaded, and the signing rules have cut back on the oversigning which has pissed off nick satan.
I respect BAMA, but I can't stand nick satan. I want you, the media and other fans to continue to tell our kids they don't have a chance, are not good enough, don't measure up, etc.
Bama may with and will compete for the NC this year, but the season will be interesting!
With that behind us, as I said, I respect BAMA and I'd have a beer and enjoy a game with any BAMA fan anytime. But any other SEC fan, stay away I can't stand the arrogance. |
