if you're getting technical, it wouldn't be $101,000 because of taxes, but it's still a nice chunk of change...

Shhhhhhhh we don't want to piss off the Amereicans. Keep telling them they have the best country in the world, so they leave us Canadians alone. The way things are going, they might just talk the Canadian government into Taxing Lottery/Gamling winnings.

they only pay a flat 13% in russia..individuals and corporatios.. the templeto russia fund has gone up over 100% per annum for the last 6,, you western hemispherians...

in canada lottery winnings are non taxable, this is not a lottery this is a contest and tuppy will have to pay taxes on it.

from what i have been told I dont pay taxes on it . Not just lottery winnings that are tax exempt. I could be wrong but will check with CA on weekend

it could be I have an uncle that is a Charter accountant he and i will talk this weekend. I am sure he will clear up the matter for me...I was under the impression contest winnings were not taxable but like i said i could be wrong
