The top tier WRs and RBs will be gone or should be but if Rogers, Brady, Vick, Brees, or Rivers are there I'd grab one of them and a RB like Blount because they won't be around for your 4th pick if they're not grab one each of RB and WR cause you can get a lower tier QB later.
