1. NU has won 5 consecutive season openers.

2. NU returns 16 starters (9 on offense, 7 on defense)

3. NU is 8-1 vs. non-conference opponents in last 9 reg season games.

4. NU is 11-5 on the road since 2008.  

5. BC's RB Montel Harris (2010:1243yds 8TD) will sit out with a knee injury.

6. BC's QB Chase Rettig will need to throw the ball more and he sucks (2010: 51.3% comp, 6TDs 9INTs)

7. BC's offensive line is rebuilt after losing several starters.

8. BC returns just 13 starters (7 on offense, 6 defense)

You left out an awful lot, like a whole bunch of BC starters who have quit or been kicked off the team recently, plus a bunch of other BC injuries plus the fact that Persa is a game-time decision.
