 The best way to approach the restaurant business is to buy one on the cheap that someone is selling. Then fix it up, hopefully DOUBLE your investment, then SELL!
It befuddles me how many people post on Covers about opening up a restaurant, yet don't realize how much of a money pit it usually becomes. |

thats usually the trick. you gotta work hard at figuring out which one could be bouncing up though. dont pick a company that is due to belly up.
when the oil spill in the gulf happened u couldve snap'd it up and the carnival cruise liner fiasco too. good for a few jumps.
hmmm i'd bet on kentucky taking it all the way. not sure if u are getting even money but i'd put 1-2 k down if i had 50k.
