Stiven, if you've been reading all night, you will see that I have been giving due credit for everybody who picked Cleveland. I think anyone who really took Clev ML has HUGE balls. Much respect for all you real players.
All I was saying is for someone to come in here and scream "BROWNS ML!!!" and not give a reason means nothing. Give a reason and win or lose, I will respect it.
I'm always man enough to come back and say I was wrong, I'll do that before I come in and say I told you so.
For all you real players, the ones who dropped their balls on the Browns and took it to the bank, much respect is due.
And, yes. I'm on my way to get a fresh pick of those tits tonight. Be back tomorrow with a new pic.

Is it me or did you not note that i was the 1st person to take the moneyline and yes i did give an explanation as to why I did so. Scroll up and see what I mean. I caught a lot of heat for my play tonight, for no apparent reason.

#306 Posted: 10/13/2008 11:56:09 PM Watch, you were the first to call your shot, and you did give us something to work with. It wasn't you we were talking about.
And I'm not even mad you came with the "I told you so" or actually it was "How does your stomach feel?"
You called it, much respect, and yes we all know you've got more class than that.
I finished the week 7-5-2 |

This will be a blowout by the giants again. The G-Men will cover NP. Cleveland's only win was against the Bengals with no Carson Palmer.
Cleveland is awful and a bye week is not going to fix that.
G-MEN -9 all day
A brutal call on the Giants, absolutely horrific. Luckily I picked the Browns! Cashed in big Sunday and will continue my dominance next sunday to deliver again! How bout that run defense!! Dog Pound it to the BANK!!! All I do is WIN!!! |

Yup, kind of like how my weekend went like this:
Stanford win, Texas ml win, Iowa win, Wisconsin ml loss, Georgia 1st half win, Miss St. win, Oregon 1st half win, Florida win, Colts 1st half win, Atlanta win Tampa Bay win, Jax win, Seattle loss.
All of those picks were posted as well. Went to your page and saw that you haven't posted a pick in quite some time. What I see is this: You are doing a great job of analyzing the information of others and selling Mr. Smith's book. However you are not putting up any picks and putting your credibility on the line. I understand...
Once again, I am taking the Browns +9 with Dontae Stallworth and no Winslow, and letting the chips fall where they may, peppy222. Who do you like for the game?
--- Gotta tell ya, I like people who stick to their guns when challenged. The best way to learn from others is to challenge what they say, then see if they can retain the courage of their convictions and not back down. There is a method to my madness. Anyone can take any unconnected facts and state a case but the ones who back off when challenged are the ones who are pretty sure they have dreamed it up, not thought it through. So, kudos to you. |
