#1 Posted: 3/10/2012 10:37:47 AM I've been having problems with these guys this last week processing my payout(s). Seems I'm getting the runaround and have spokent to these guys about a dozen times on the phone. Currently have two payouts pending and going to wait until Wednesday evening before resorting to more drastic measures of slamming them on the internet.
I've read a few posts on the internet and forums of people having a few problems and I saw they were given a D- rating by SBR. Suprised Covers has them listed as a good sportsbook. Guess I should of done my homework.
Any positive or negative stories anyone can relate to me on these guys. Anything anyone had to do to get their money. Curious. Thank you in advance. |

#5 Posted: 3/13/2012 5:54:52 PM my friend just went through the run around with them regarding a payout too. every time he asked them where his money way, there was a new "stipulation" about why they hadnt sent his money yet. He kept following all these seemingly spur of the moment policies and stipulations, and once he did everything he did get his money very quickly. |

#6 Posted: 3/14/2012 8:48:32 PM Received the western union payout. Still getting the run around with the $2500 direct deposit and the refund for my original deposit. It's always something new with these people. Very unhappy and also unhappy with Covers listing them as a good sportsbook.
Still kicking myself in the behind for not researching this company. Now I know and going to make sure others know as well. This is frigging B.S. Will never suggest anyone deal with this company. |

#9 Posted: 3/16/2012 4:58:43 PM Yeah, the western union pays relatively quick. But this Direct Deposit crap is B.S. It's been 9 days now and all they keep saying is "We're sorry, it normally doesn't take this long, call us back later". I'm like "WTF, really?"
But what can you do except post stuff like this so that other people will know how this company deals and then we can make informed decisions. Will keep updating if/when they pay me. |

#13 Posted: 3/21/2012 12:25:32 AM Ive got three payouts in the last four weeks. (WUand MG) Went back to sbg after getting the run around on payouts from other books, withdraw fees are high, but I will gladly pay to not have to deal with other bs. Have never been comfortable enough to give them my personnel bankng info for direct deposit. |

#14 Posted: 3/21/2012 6:01:07 PM I can't beleive that two of you guys have gotten direct deposits, in order to do that your bank has to have a swift code, and only big banks allow for international wires, I'm going to bank of america tomorrow, because I'm sick of paying $75 for a $900 WU, you'd have to do 65% to break even with sbg, it's a bunch of bs, oh and they wouldn't give me a monergram today, not good news |

#15 Posted: 3/21/2012 6:51:49 PM Just got $800 this afternoon via Western Union no issues at all requested it Monday got it today. I hate the high fees but really like i had said earlier i cant complain as long as im getting my money im happy. I have been with them over 3 years never an issue and the one time I had an issue with a payment it was fixed in 24 hours. they are alot better than most other sports books as far as payouts are concerned id pay the higher rate to insure I got paid |

They have a swift code and it's the only bank around me that does, so it's my only chance to save money now or keep profits in the future, I'll let you know next week |

#20 Posted: 4/6/2012 1:15:15 PM So I've been trying to get a payout from SBGGlobal since 3-5-12.
could not get a direct deposit because my local bank has no swift code, so I opened up an account at Bank of America because they can do international banking, But I still have not received the bank wire that I asked for two weeks ago, So far I've gotten about 10 calls total over the last month from SBGGlobal asking me if I got it, pretty stupid, they alert their sales people to start calling you, when they don't even know if you've recieved it yet
I really don't have many options, I will wait a few more weeks and then I'll have to do WU, $75 for $900, which is 8% of my money, and my American Express already charged me 5% on each deposit.
So to sum this up, without a cheaper payout there's no way I could ever make any money with SBGGlobal, I did 60% in college basketball this year and I'll be breaking even with SBG, it's pretty shitty,
I cashed out of Bookmaker and Justbet on 3-5-12, the same day as SBG, Bookmaker charged me 2% on my payout and I got my check 7 days later. Jusbet gave me one free money order and charged me $20 on the second which I received on 3-21-12. No question I will be returning to BM and JB. Last year SBG sent me a check but they don't do that anymore. Next year I will be calling all books that I use and confirming payout methods and charges because that is what it's all about. And I will not be going back to SBG. |
