#5 Posted: 5/10/2012 9:12:45 PM Insiders say positive tests for weed. Eyedog is correct in his thinking though........Trey Metoyer has the makings of a beast, and is already being touted as the best receiver on the squad. Stoops will tolerate very little from any bad apples.

#13 Posted: 5/18/2012 4:51:22 PM All the SEC boys doing their chirping.....as usual. Any of you guys who have been around long enough would know that conference strength runs in cycles. The SEC is top dog right now, but it won't last forever. They weren't dominant in the 70's, 80's or 90's. |

#14 Posted: 5/19/2012 12:30:53 AM No one mentioned any conference. This thread is about one team. Just so happens they are consistently over rated each year in pre season. Jones is not a winner and they will under achieve again this year. |

#15 Posted: 5/19/2012 12:34:24 PM The breakout player for OU won't be Meteyor, it will be JUCO transfer WR Courtney Gardner. |

To my knowledge, he hasn't qualified yet. But he reportedly has a great skill set. |

Just seems that the majority of people who take shots at OU are SEC fans. That being said, I'm no Laundry Jones fan either. I actually see West Virginia as the favorite to win the conference. |

It reminds me of a hillarious post that appeared last season on a Georgia blog called Sports & Grits.
Once Again the Pre-Season Coaches Poll has Chokelahomo #1-- Punks Jump Up to Get Beat Down.
