Ross is coming off as an idiot of the nth degree. I could picture him with a sippy cup and a dunce cap. He has no clue how to run a franchise. More money than brains. Ireland must have pictures of Ross friggin a sheep. How the worst GM in football keeps his job after year upon year of garbage personnel decisions is beyond me. So let's see...You darn up the Harbaugh situation....you can't land Fisher...You go all in for Manning, (it's painfully obvious that ain't gonna work)...You trade one of the few playmakers you have on your team for less than you got him for. What the darn are they thinking? All of us long suffering Fish Fans are going to keep suffering as long as these two morons are in charge. Hey Ross....you think the stadium ws empty last year....just wait for the fans to revolt this year after what is setting up to be a miserable off season. Please sell your team to someone who knows football.

I think the Stephen Ross is more media created perception versus actual reality. There are at least handful of owners who are worst than he is.

Examine the entire Marshall experiment. The 2010 draft they hold #12 pick. A prime spot to nab a JPP or Dez Bryant. Instead they trade down and grab another project in Odrick who has yet to yield any tangible results. Then a few months later they send a pair of second rounders for Marshall who is talented. Then they flip him for a pair of 3rd rounders. This whole time they could have had Dez Bryant and not only kept those 2nd rounders, but have cap space because they would have avoided that albatross of a contract which at the time was among highest ever. I too am so intrigued as to why Ireland not only still has a job, but has unbelievable power. Now lets give them a pass on Harbaugh. He was already stationed on the West coast and San Francisco was a dream job for him. So I don't think there was anything Miami could do. Oh wait, they decided it was a good idea to publicly interview a coaching prospect while having a coach already in place. Then give that coach a pity contract only to fire him mid season. At some point in time, Ross must have rubbed the Tuna the wrong way because he just walked away. When he first came he was part of a foundation that yielded results right away but as Ross seized power, the Tuna decided his work was done. I think he knew it wasn't done but just could not take it anymore. All this while quietly being turned down by both Jon "Chucky" Gruden and Bill "The Jaw" Cowher. Then they wined and dined Jeff Fisher who just wiped his stash with a napkin after a fancy dinner and got up and just left. Unbelievable. Now, it flirts with Peyton Manning. A guy who lives in the area. Remember, be patient. Don't become like every other DOLFAN and live in a fantasy world. It could be worse. Imagine being a Jags fan or a Browns fan. Ugghh. We have the tradition that is Miami football. The glory days will return. That corny song they play after touchdowns will mean something again!
